Since (I think) a recent change to Outlook I can't send but can read emails to (via) my hotmail (Outlook) account. I have tried reloading Thunderbird and reverting to a non-beta version with a complete removal of Thunderbird (Iobit uninstaller) between. This includes self-addressed emails i.e. I can send and read an email addressed to my outlook account but can't send to anyu other email account in my name
