Last week Firefox just started not opening PayPal. the message is "Problem loading page...The connection has time out....server at PayPal is taking too long to respond... PayPal opens in Edge and on Firefox on my Windows 7 laptop. It's the only web site so far that my Windows 10 desktop that Firefox will not open.
