It appears that that website uses Adobe Flash. Do you have the later version installed? Also, please elaborate on what isn't working.
Yes the majority of streams on Twitch still uses the Flash Player for the video part of player. The chat and controls are HTML5 though Twitch has plans to use HTML5 for video this year.
