Subject :PERMISSIONS. Getting message "firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page". Updated permissions manager to allow all sites...didn't fix prob. help

Do you mean the about:permissions Permission Manager?
The setting you need to change is not a site-specific permission or global security setting, so you can change that back.
Instead, it's a global accessibility setting here:
"3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences > Advanced
On the General mini-tab, in the Accessibility section, uncheck the box for "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"
Hopefully that will fix it.
