Sync Not Working On New Laptop
I've just purchased a new laptop and after reinstalling Firefox and trying to sign in to my Firefox account to restore all my data it's not recognising my account. What can I do please??

Hi Lunarinstincts, I am sorry however without a back up there are no work arounds that I can suggest to recover this data. Do you have a back up of the user profile from before the reinstall?
