When you use the green button on the main download page, you get a small "stub" installer that has to fetch additional files from Mozilla. Some security software blocks that.

To download the full installer, you can use this page (scroll down to your preferred language):

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Any luck?

Hi jusright, you're saying that IE displays a blank page for downloading Firefox? Or are you using a different browser to try to download Firefox?

When a browser has a problem with a particular website, a common "first thing to try" is to clear cache (in IE, "Temporary Internet Files") and cookies for that site. The specific steps vary in different browsers.

There is some malware that can block access to alternate browsers because they are a little harder to control than IE. If you suspect foul play, please see our support article: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.
