Had to do Firefox reset as it was running like a lame dog - menu bar has disappeared and cannot find how to put back??

Hello,
You can show the menu bar by pressing Alt.
For a more permanent solution, right click on your toolbar and select "Menu Bar" so that it is always visible. Alternatively, you can go to the customization screen and enable the Menu Bar from there. For more information see Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.
