sync not working from: desktop to pixel 10 pro. desktop has folders and subfolders.

In addition sync not working from pixel 6 to desktop. pixel 6 is setup with folders and subfolders. There are approx 300 bookmarks

Installed Firefox on new android. When I try to sign in using sync the camera doesn't recognize the QR code on laptop pair screen, turned up brightness, hold closer and further away etc but just doesn't recognize. If I log in using email my passwords, history etc do not transfer.

I have used Firefox for years now and I always keep my sync on. When I sign in to a new device, I sync and all my data. I had a problem with my PC today and I downloaded Firefox for mobile on my Android tab. I tried signing in but forgotten my password, I did a reset and logged in and tried to sync but I can't find my previous data. I can't even see any of my previous devices. This is strange because it has always worked

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

You can help by letting my sync be turned on so you can see I've only one device and quit asking me to keep signing in a device already signed in . Then you might not be confused about how many devices I'm actually using

this is my back-up laptop, which until recently synced perfectly with the main one. now all bookmarks are missing, and I cannot understand what is happening the background.

pixel 6 bookmarks are not syncing to desktop. I am signed in on both the pixel and desktop. Have used the QR code. Tried several times after rebooting both the phone and desktop. I have folders and subfolders set up on the pixel 6 for several hundred bookmarks.

With Firefox Android on my tablet, bookmarks are not syncing that i see when logged into my Firefox account on other devices. I tried logging out and in to my Firefox accont and also unchecking and checking the "sync bookmarks" box. Firefox Android says "bookmarks are now synced". But they aren't!

Firefox desktop saved logins not appearing on android. Sync enabled on both devices yesterday. Previously worked fine, kinda frustrating having to manually re enter everything.

I am using the same account (my school email), and everything else sync successfully.

Tab groups saved on my Windows PC didn't show up on my Macbook; tab groups saved on my Macbook didn't show up on my Win PC. Is this a feature or bug?

Firefox for Android has stopped syncing (in the three-dot menu it says "Sign back in to synchronise: Synchronisation paused"). I tap that, tap "Reconnect to sync", enter my username and password, click "Sign in" and.... nothing happens. The "Sign in" button is greyed in, and it seems I have signed in because I get the email alerts about the new sign in, but the page does not redirect/tell the browser that sign in was successful.

Please could this be fixed so I can sync my bookmarks & open tabs?

After reinstalling my computer system, I logged into my Firefox account again, but the data synchronization failed. All my previous data is gone, including bookmarks, passwords, and widgets. What happened? I can't find them in the mobile app either.

I don’t understand what’s going on, but this is not working for me and I am not an eight by person who can get or understand how to use this software I’m a senior and this is frustrating that’s all I can say

Hi! I try to synchronize my mobil iphone 14 and mac airbook wit firefox. I tried new installation firefox, restart iphone, scanning code or choose option e-mail- i always ends on white, empty screen. If i go back than i get the info - could be that there is no internet. I tried wlan and whitout wlan. What else can i do to synchronize?

I opened up Firefox for the first time in a while on this newer laptop, and all of my bookmarks are missing. I recently opened Firefox on my work desktop, and they were all there.

I have finished my setup. But it keeps saying "finish setup" in the upper right corner of the browser. I have completed all the steps. I want to sync this desktop to my mozilla account. What do I do?
