Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <j.ventures@shaw.ca> sender rejected. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.

It Stopped working. It want take in new email it down loads the same email over and over. Also it just want work like it did basically stopped working. reloading it only puts it back to where it is now. Ever thing goes through Thunderbird and not sure if I was hacked or what Card payments saying late and all kind of things having to contact banks and insurance com. etc to find out what is going on. will I have to have a complete removal and complete reinstall then fix it to where a hacker can't get back in?

Group contacts have been established and the group is listed in the Address page. An email is prepared and the group name is inserted in the bcc slot. An x appears to the left of the group name. The Send button is grayed out and the email can't be sent. What is the problem?

Unable to send email messages. Receiving "Add Security Exception" and Send Message Error "Sending of the message failed. Peer's Certificate is not recognized. The configuration related to smtpauth.earthlink.net must be corrected." I have checked the account settings and they appear to match that of the email earthlink server settings instruction page (https://help.earthlink.net/portal/en/kb/articles/email-server-settings) for POP3.

I was previously able to set up an out of office reply using a message filter that replied with my template. I am attempting to get everything set up for my upcoming vacation and the "Reply with Template" option is gone from the available message filter options. How do I set up my out of office reply without that option?

本日突然、ある特定のアカウントのみ受信トレイにメールが表示されなくなりました。 （送信済みトレイの履歴は表示されています。）

複数メールアカウントを管理していますが、別のメールアカウントの方は問題なく表示され、受信できる状態です。

プロパティを開くと表示される「場所」の項目も、空欄になっていて表示されません。 念のため「フォルダの修復」や「最適化」も試みましたが、改善しませんでした。

対処法をご教示いただけますと幸いです。

bold textUse 4 different email addresses on TB. 2 of them are fine. But the 3rd and 4th email addresses are duplicated for my spouse. Whenever an email is read, it disappears(is permanently deleted) as soon as you leave that account. But the message is still on the server if we log in via Webmail. There must be some setting in TB that I haven't located. But if we delete the message, it gets moved to the Trash folder as would be expected. Had created the 4th account in an attempt to remedy this but no luck!

Hi, after receiving an email from a a third party gmail account I cannot respond to this email. I always get a rejection from gmail. How can I solve this problem ?

Hi, I am retired, but it does. not mean that tb shall be useless. Used to be simple and to make messaging easier. Now it is opposite.

When replying to a message, I want to change font of what my friend have sent me. Color picker does not work. I press the square, picker appears, I select the color, it appears on the picker, I click ok, and close. Nothing happens. Nothing happens, Nothing happens. I repeat, and it shows black as chosen color. I chose red. There is no way to select and use the color. Some time ago, someone wrote that it kind of works. Kind of works. When you choose color, you must not use it, but close the color chooser. So far, nothing works. It is handy to change the font color but it does not work. But if it works, who knows how to use it. NOt intuitively at present.

Also when the message arrives, I have no clue that it has. It does not indicate on icon anymore. But when I open the tb, i can see on one or another account so many messages new, unread, but am struggling every time to find them out. So far, I have to search every time again and again to filter only unread.... This makes tb very difficult to use rather than easy. Can't you make a simple version of tb without a million of useless to me features. I want to have an access as used to be to all email and in an instant to be able to see, not search the new ones? Is it impossible? Thanks. Michal

A few months ago I got the problem that when trying to send via gmail this is rejected with the message that the connection with the SMTP-server takes too long. What can be the reason for?
