Hello, I currently have annual subscriptions for both Monitor+ & VPN. How do I get credit for the remainder of both subscriptions applied to the $8.25/mo. Privacy Pro… (xle nububuwo)

I currently have annual subscriptions for both Monitor+ & VPN. How do I get credit for the remainder of both subscriptions applied to the $8.25/mo. Privacy Protection Plan? I tried to upgrade through my Mozilla account profile & it was only going to credit from Monitor+.

I looked through all of the FAQs before writing this. There was a question about upgrading from VPN & Relay, but not specifically upgrading from VPN & Monitor+ annual subscriptions.

Also, will/does the Privacy Protection Plan still cover 5 devices that the stand alone VPN does?

Unable to sync devices due to no option in android app

I want to sync up my devices, both of which are logged in to my mozilla account. In the settings, there is an option to "Connect Another Device". This prompts me to scan … (xle nububuwo)

I want to sync up my devices, both of which are logged in to my mozilla account. In the settings, there is an option to "Connect Another Device". This prompts me to scan a QR code within the firefox mobile app.

Unfortunately, the option to scan a QR code does not seem to exist in the current version of the app. In the sync settings, there is no way to open a QR code scanner. Opening it via the camera or icon in the URL bar on the app brings me to a page saying "you have to do this within the firefox app!".

The only solution I've found is to log out of my mobile app, then I unlock the option to scan a QR code to log me back in. I'm sure this is not intentional behaviour; I suppose this is more of a bug report than a support request but I wasn't sure where to post this.

delete account to switch it to backup, then main

I need to switch my main accounts, but the one to switch to says it already exists. I can't get in to stop that one & use it to recover accounts as a secondary then h… (xle nububuwo)

I need to switch my main accounts, but the one to switch to says it already exists. I can't get in to stop that one & use it to recover accounts as a secondary then haveit as my new main account. Also, if I'msigned in finally does it mean I lose saves for my signed out part.
