Recently (about a month) I have found I often have to login to my Firefox account in order to access saved passwords etc. Sometimes from one day to the next. It never used to do this. Can't find any setting like "trust this device" or similar to stay logged in.

We have an issue : we reinstalled windows 11 on a machine and thereby lost the account login used to sync Firefox. No way to recover it (we went as far fas as using file recovery tools but no luck).

Is there a way to recover only the account login ? No need for the password. I could provide the IP of the computer in question (it is a professional IP, not shared).

I am disgusted. I have been trying to sign in and first changed my password, but it still wont let me sign in and says my new password is incorrect. I've wasted almost an hour doing what should be fairly straightforward.

My firefox email account keeps showing 'You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password' even after repeatedly resetting password and emptying cache and waiting 24hrs between attempts. It works fine on Edge and other computers, just my main compuuter thats giving me problems.. Any ideas?

Every time go to Firefox home page (clear browser settings), I get "Account Disconnected" message.

I have another PC with the same Firefox browser homepage and do not have the problem.

When I open the Mozilla VPN window I am met with the "Get Started" page. I click the "Get Started" button and sign in. When I get to the "Signed in successfully!" page, it tells me to open the Mozilla VPN window again (it does this for me) and to turn it on and all that. However, when the window is opened again, I am met with the same "Get Started" page from the beginning, leaving me in the endless loop of logging in. I am running a fully updated Windows 11. Could it be an extension I have?

I'm able to use my Passkey/keychain when using Safari to login in to other accounts on my Mac but, when I try through Firefox, I'm told I need to update my browser version. My version (149.0.2 (64-bit)) is showing as up to date. Do I need an Apple add-in and, if so, how do I get and install it?

It is very frustrating that Firefox consistently does not recognize my email sign-in. When I click on "other ways to sign in" and put in my password, it tells me I've done too many attempts and I have to jump through other hoops to get into my email, even if it's just one attempt.

I have a Macbook Air and I have Tahoe version 26.4.1

What do I do?

When I try to sign in from Firefox I get the message "Unexpected error". I can sign into my account online but only using Google to sign in. If I try to sign in to Mozilla directly, I get the same message.

I Loged In To My Firefox Account Today Done My Work and Close the Browser and Shutdown The Computer. On next Day When Again I On My Computer And Open Firefox The Firefox Account Gets Logged Out. When I open my browser, a little Firefox sign in box appears. I click it out and it goes away, but returns every time I open anything in my browser. I've never had to sign into my browser. When I'm trying to sign into another program, Firefox sign in prompt keeps popping up. I just want to get rid of it. How do I do that? Lately, every program wants me to sign in. I think it has something to do with my new Samsung smart phone, which tends to interfere with my other electronics.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I've noticed that you do not have my current email address. My current email is angie.custis@yahoo.com. I don't know how to go about updating it in your system.
