When I do a search on firefox I keep getting the following error and have to go through the CAPTCHA BS.

Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot.

This just recently started happening. I'm getting very tired of having to pick out crosswalks, or motorcycles of buses.

This doesn't happen when using Chrome. May have to ditch firefox!

My Firefox program was recently re-installed by Dell. But it seems to be an older version and among other things I can't find my bookmark toolbar. So I'm hoping that updating Firefox will solver this problem.

As I run my hand up the lid of my lap top, I OFTEN hit the "X" on the browser and the PAGE CLOSES! I am so frustrated because all my tabs close and I see no way to get them all back open. WHY NOT? I know how to use "HISTORY" and under thT i USED TO BE ABLE TO TAP "RECOVER ALL TABS" i DON'T KNOW WHAT BROWSER that was... And if you had that option, I don't know what happened to it.

Das VPN lässt sich in der neusten Version optisch zwar aktivieren, scheint aber nicht zu funktionieren. Die 50GB bleiben ständig erhalten und reduzieren sich nicht , trotz durch Test´s mit erhöhtem Datenvolumen. Auch erreichen mich bei aktivierten VPN wieder vermehrt SPAM und Ähnliches.

When I start an email using the FF browser I'll type the address correctly but the text on the screen is gibberish. See attached photo. When I move the cursor to the subject line, the gibberish turns to plain text.

I can't copy it so I took a photo and attached it. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it. This did not fix the problem.

How do I fix this problem?

Firefox is up to date, Windows 11.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

For a while firefox has been having issues where on youtube in particular when tabs are closed they will continue to play audio for a bit after they are closed. More recently I have closed tabs and the audio keeps on going indefinitely after the tab has been closed. This is on the latest firefox (151.0.4 64 bit) on windows 11.

This only seems to happen with youtube and in general youtube playback is buggy, slow, and lags the whole browser taking several seconds to switch tabs to or from a youtube tab or even close it.

Starting on June 9 2026 my Rockland Trust banking website will not open also other bank websites not opening or take several minutes to open, also other websites not opening. All these websites opened before June 9 2026. I have done all the recommended steps even uninstalling an reinstalling Firefox. What did Firefox do, as I had made no changes. I can open all these websites on other browsers, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc. I want to keep using Firefox but I can't if websites won't open. Clare O'Brien

When I watch Downton Abbey on PBS from outside the U.S, using the Firefox VPN in a Private Window the Closed Captions of the PBS video are displayed TWICE: one above the timeline and the other above it.

This issue is specific to this particular show AND to the Firefox browser.

My cursor doesn't show an 'image preview' anymore when I hover over a tab even though I still have it checked in my settings. It always did until a few days ago, but now it doesn't & I haven't changed anything.

I am facing a recurring issue while browsing websites on Firefox. This happened even before the latest upgrade. Only it is worse after this last software upgrade.

After using the browser for 1–2 minutes, the browser gets stuck or becomes unresponsive. While scrolling through websites, the full page does not load properly, and parts of the webpage suddenly become blank. In many cases, the existing tab cannot even be refreshed. I have to close the program, wait a few minutes and reopen. Very frustrating. I have been using Firefox for many years and this is the most unstable I have ever seen it. I'm fed up with firefox. It seems almost every update deletes old passwords or creates new profile (which effectively deletes the passwords!)

I've tried looking at about.profiles which seems pointless - the active profile does not have my passwords and the inactive profile does not have them either.

If you can't secure passwords what's the point of your browser??

I'm moving to another browser which can guarantee the security of my passwords.

Meanwhile, I must visit every site I use to reset my passwords - what a chore!!!

it can be useful if u create a system of syncing which actually works, why my passwords dont sync when i log in and also i had to put my exact same passwords 6 times before the stupid system recognized it was correct, the fuck is happening i had changed devices before and this never happened i dont know why now but im very upset

The new Firefox built-in VPN, rolled out to Australia this week, is not redirecting to the chosen country location.

Despite selecting either US or UK in the country list, websites are still identifying me as located in Australia.

For example, despite VPN being on and US selected, cunard.com still redirects me to my home location of Australia (see https://www.cunard.com/en-au in address bar). Screenshot attached. Other websites similar.
