Just wanted to ask about the potential for other Ai providers - Duck.ai being the key one missing.

Is there a possibility of local instances being a feature? Whether it's just hosted locally (not a function or component of Firefox itself) or a Mozilla specific model that's locally run?

quick find, aka shift-7 sucks, not to be mean but when i try to type in my game im making it comes up as quick find, im using scratch and im making a calculator, please help me find out how to de-activate it.

I tend to have long and extensive conversations on Firefox's Copilot AI but I've run into an issue that makes this more difficult. When I press CTRL + F to search for text through a chat, it only searches on the webpage I have open on the right. I was wondering if there is a feature that exists that does this that I'm not aware of, and if not, maybe that could become a thing later?

Each time I open Firefox and type in a search I get a message like something went wrong and I need to verify that I am human. Then I have to go through the pictures and identify the ones with bicycles or motorcycles or Buses. Aggravation which I've never experienced before . I've made Firefox my default browser and I'd like to get rid of the problem. Thank you, any suggestions.

Hi Guys this is a new issue and never happened before nor does it happen on any other browser I use If I happen to miss key when typing Firefox automatically opens a search and replace box window in the bottom left-hand corner and it is annoying the hell out of me. If I can't get this to stop I am going to have to change browsers, I have fat fingers and miss key often, so this happens many many many times a day. You can see what I am talking about in the image

It's becoming very annoying when I open up my Firefox browser only to open a page and there's BING sitting in the upper left part of the screen. I got away from EDGE because of its invading characteristics. I have checked to make sure my default browser is Firefox. And it is. So how do I get rid of them?

Previous solution: switch browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar to false does not work anymore.

I set the about:config settings when I got the new computer early last year. It's been working fine. Suddenly, searches are popping up again to the urlbar.

browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar is still set to false. Keyword.enabled is still set to false.

I see a couple of site references to browser.fixup.alternate.enabled, but it doesn't exist.

How do I get FF back to proper search in the search bar?

Why isn't there a simple means to remove/prevent searches for the address bar, using config doesn't work.

I've used Firefox for over twenty years, this annoyance will end that and force a move to Brave.

how to add Yahoo search as default search engine if Yahoo is missing on Firefox Search. on Search setting i can see different engines Google, Bing, Ebay, etc. but there is no Yahoo.
