clicking "reply" on web mail emails does not autofill the sender's name, nor does autofill work when I start typing an addressee's name.

I use godaddy web mail for email address "lance@outpostus.com" In the past, when I would click "Reply" to reply to an email, a window would open and the recipient's email address would autofill in the "To:" box. Now it does not. I checked on Internet Explorer, and it works there, but again, not on Firefox. Also in the past, when I would initiate a new email, as I started to type the addressee's email address in the "To:" box, it would autofill from my address book into that box. Now it does not.
