The "Web" menu bar, which contains links for searching Images, Videos, Maps, News, Shopping, and a pull-down menu for more...located just beneath the Tabs bar has disappeared from the Firefox 3.6.12 default home page with Google Search. All tool bars are checked in the View Menu.

How do I restore this tool/menu bar? Java and Flash are installed and working properly. Every other feature looks and functions well. (Windows XP)
