subtitles appearing on all YouTube content, even though subtitles turned off. I have toggled the cc button and also subtitles in settings with no luck. The cc box does work to turn subtitles in not YouTube videos.

Hi Sasha,

Does the issue persist if you run Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? If so, please also try watching a video in a private browsing window and see what happens. Looking forward to your update!
