Hi Is it possible to set up Firefox and thunderbird so I have to login before I start using them or if I am away too long?

Hi

The best thing to do in respect of Android devices (given you are asking about this in the Firefox for Android forum) is to set a screen lock. This will protect all your apps, not just Firefox and Thunderbird for Android.
