Hi

Thank you for those crash reports. It looks like the problem is a file linked to Avast or AVG antivirus software. As a first step, please can you make sure that software is completely up to date.

Hi Paul Firstly its taken me a while to figure out how to get back to this article (i am not a computer whiz) I have made sure my Anti virus is up to date 14/4/2025 so I will get back to you now i know about this forum thank you for reply and my apologies for not answering sooner.
