Hello,

To ensure we help troubleshoot your specific issue, can you tell me which method you are trying that doesn't seem to work? (There are many ways to add a bookmark. I have listed a few examples below.)

  1. Click the star icon in the right-hand side of the address bar
  2. Type CMD+D on your keyboard
  3. Choose Bookmarks->Add Bookmark
  4. Choose Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks and add from the gear menu on the "Library" window that opens (see attached image)

Please let us know what method you are using, and we will be better able to troubleshoot.
