Firefox is just a forum it has no saved data unless your talking sync but that isn't used for backup. Your going to have to go to the email account support page that your using and change the password or contact their help support to fix that issue.

Yes, I understand that but the email account was hacked as well as the Firefox browser. I don't have access that email account and I'm not sure how long the recovery takes. That's why, in the meantime, I need the Firefox account locked. It was set to sync, so all the login data has been saved.

This could be a scam to trick you to provide personal data and not a real breach. Do you mean like reported in threads like these ?

If they have access to my Firefox login, then they already have a lot of personal data. I'm in the process of changing passwords on all my accounts, but that is time consuming plus I don't remember all the sites that had saved credentials. THIS is why I want the account locked, or better yet, deleted.
