Is it possible to keep the Options/Colors "Link Colors" option and changeable but disable the Text and Background Colors option at the same time? (I will NEVER want to enable that option)

In other words, disable the option to enable the the Text and Background Colors change but allow the changing of the link colors when clicking on OK. Right now they are linked and when changing the link colors it is "required" to also enable the text and background colors. It makes many sites unreadable (putting black text on very dark backgrounds). Actually, these two settings SHOULD have been separated and not connected with each other. They are completely different and do entirely different things.

It was suggested that i use the following add-on. I tried it but it did not work. This would have helped somewhat but I want the visited links to be the selected visited links color within FF so it does it within web sites themselves. I do a lot of research and having a totally different visited links color is very helpful. The regular link colors are too close together.

   Custom Google Visited Link Color:

I do a lot of research and having a totally different visited links color is very helpful and makes the work go much faster. The regular link colors are too close together.

Thank you.
