Hi, I don't find a possibilty to disable the conformation of deleting mails. Is there none or am I only blind ;)

I would like to know if there's a way to see the date format MM/DD e.g. Nov.29 in all of my inbox/outbox emails. Right now all emails that are received/sent during the current week are showing only the day like Mon, Wed, Sat etc. without having the usual format MM/DD Is there any setting that I can use if I want to see email date in different format e.g. M/DD/YY?
