I have lost sound completely from both my computer microphone and earphones which are inserted at the back. I have tried everything with going to control panel and checking sounds, muting etc nothing seems to work I wonder if it is becos the extension plugin has crashed at the firefox sit? How do you find the mute button on the computer? Is it at the top when checking the test call?
