I'm sure someone will have answered this somewhere but is there a way to backup and restore the native Mozilla Tab Groups. I've seen plenty of people recommend other Group Tab extensions but I like the inbuilt one combined with Containers. I've read that you can backup the whole Mozilla profile folder and this should work but I've tried that and failed, I used a few extensions to backup sessions and that also failed. Any help would be appreciated.
