Scam broswer extension add on!

Carter Quan

There is a scam browser extension add-on here https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/19226846/ The OKX wallet shown here is a scam. I work at the original company. For some reason, Firefox refuses to list the real extension from OKX, but keeps letting scam extensions pop up. We have been trying to connect with someone at Firefox, but none of our business emails or customer support requests have been answered. We are frustrated and confused. 1. Real apps are not allowed. 2. Fake scam apps are listed 3 times a month. 3. No clear route of communication.

Firefox is the name of the web browsers as there is no at Firefox as that would be Mozilla. They do not really have direct support by phone, chat or email.

On an extension's page, in the "More information" section, there is a link to "Report this add-on". Have you been using that?
