I had a similar issue before. Have you checked your email settings to make sure everything is correct, like spam filters or blocking settings? If you are setting up a Mozilla Account, you need a working email address that doesn't block messages from Mozilla. If your regular email provider isn't suitable, you can create a new account with Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, or another provider.
