Currently this was a feature of the old Firefox Sync. So yes this is no longer a feature. However there are a list of tabs of actively syncing devices listed on the panels of a new tab in Firefox for Android. It will be to the left of Recent Tabs. On the desktop it can be accessed from about:sync-tabs
