Wieczorem po zakońcaeniu korzystania z przeglądarki jak zwykle wyłączyłam. Następnego dnia postanowiłam go uruchomić i nagle wyskoczyło mi jakieś okienko profilu co zignorowałam bo dla mnie ta funkcja ejst bezcelowa. Przeglądarka się odpaliła ale już bez moich danych - rozszerzeń, historii, a co najważniejsze bez zakładek! Konto mam zalogowane ale nie potrafi mi tego jakoś przywrócić.

• Old laptop can no longer access the internet; corrupt Windows 10. Bought a new HP laptop. Have Sync turned on on both laptops but am not getting any favorites, passwords that I desperately need. What are my options given the old laptop can't connect.

I have used firefox as my brouser on my PC for years with all my bookmarks and passwords. Now without my old computer, how do I restore all my account passwords and bookmarks as it was before.? I am using windows 11 on a Dell desktop PC. Please help. I am not a computer genius. Is there a phone number to call for live help.

Hello, I've recently had to send my mac for full refurb. They wiped everything and I had to reinstall all applications. But after I installed and singed in to my Firefox, I could not find my bookmarks. I have searched online and followed several steps but still can't find the bookmarks. Please, can you help me recover them?

cleaning up my computer, I accidentally deleted firefox. I had a list of favourite links, and I lost them. Is there any way of recovering my list of favourites?

browsing history disappeared through no action of mine! (happened just now) Using Firefox on android and my entire browsing history (which was extensive) just disappeared! CAN I get it back? HOW??

Hi. I have all the automatic opening of the last session turned on. So for the last two months, when I fired up my PC, all the tabs came back on. That is, until today!

Because I mistakenly clicked "X" when I had private browsing on in other window.

This created error that resulted in blank screen coming in... All my tabs are gone, and they are not in the recent history. How can I bring them back on"? they were just there not 10 minutes ago.
