I am running Ubuntu 20.04 w/ Thunderbird v 102.4.2

I am trying to export my address books in vcf/vcard format. The articles I have read on the internet say to select Tools => Address Book and then choose "Export" from the menu tabs, then choose csv or vcf or whatever format to export into. My main problem is that there is NO "Export" tab on the address book menu. It does have an "import" tab, however.

Dzień dobry , doszło do aktualizacji poczty bez mojej ingerencji , nie podoba mi się i nie jest dla mnie praktyczna ta wersja jaką mam teraz , nie widzę wysłanych maili , nowa wiadomość wyświetla się nie według chronologii dni i godzin , a w ogólnym wątku wiadomości , proszę o info jak wrócić do poprzedniej wersji ?

I am using the latest (auto updated) version of thunderbird and cannot save eidits ro the filters When I add a new e-mail address there is no longer an option button to save changes
