In the past, I had followed this post and created the userChrome.css file so that when I have my emails shown in Table View, if one email within a thread is unread, the whole thread is collapsed, but the subject line remains in bold.
With this latest Thunderbird update to version 115.13.1 I have lost the functionality; now the subject line of the collapsed thread shows as underlined. How can I go back to my preferred bold view?

I'm trying to export my Thunderbird addressbook using the export function. I go to "address book"->"tools"->"export" and I get "Export Export accounts, messages, address books, and settings to a ZIP file. If your current profile is larger than 2GB, we suggest you back it up by yourself." Then it wants to export the whole thing as a Thunderbird Profile with no other choices showing. I can't seem to export the "address book" to the "csv" format which I used to be able to. Any ideas?

How can I turn off the threading of my emails? Its driving me crazy as when an email comes in after a short time it disappears into the threads and then I have to open each thread to find out who sent the email. At one stage there were 6 emails noted near the inbox but no new unthreaded message, all went to respective threads. Very time wasting.

This is a recent development although I recall having this happen several years ago, but I don't recall attempting to fix the problem, so it must have corrected itself. Assistance would be appreciated to correct this problem.

the message I get:- Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors. You can retry or save the message locally to Local Folders/Sent-anathan@iinet.net.au.
I recently did a Thunderbird update and now all of the local folders in my email account have disappeared.

Updating to T-bird 72.14.0 (on W7-64) made Dad's T-Bird password unusable. Cannot update password without email. Cannot verify Mozilla account without email. Cannot set up a second email account without email. Do not have mobile 'phone coverage. Posting this via my account, trying to fix Dad's box.

I can scroll over the blank space and the message will display in the lower part of the monitor, but not in the upper screen of subjects, sender, date. How do I return to default setting?

Good morning I have updated Thunderbird to the lastest version 115.6.0 (64-bit) on my Mac with Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261) and now I can not see my mailboxes and folders. Have tried everything - nothing works. Rest bookmarks work. Contacts and other functions. I can create and send letters from any of my mailboxes, I can search letters in all mailboxes in search field, but I can not see on the left bookmark nothing - empty list of mailboxes. I have download the program again, reinstalled, changed Thunderbird file in Programms - same thing. Please help.

Perhaps I don't understand how Thunderbird determines messages have a common thread.

i want to disable my spamblocker/ junk mail detector in firefox ..... it keeps sending legit emails to the spam file no matter how i adjust the junkmail settings....is there a way to just turn the spam/junk detector off altogether?
i already have spam detector through my cPanel at my webhost and another junkmail detector in antivirus/malware program on my desktop
i don't need firefox diverting legit emails that get through the earlier detectors.
My Thunderbird Inbox shows it contains 2 unread messages but I cannot find them. Thomas Frisch
