On my new laptop I can't get convert to task working. When I click on this option nothing happens. Convert to event works fine.

This functionality works fine on my desktop PC

For the last few days, I am receiving only about 80% of the emails sent to me on my Thunderbird email. I receive the other emails on my ISP Squirrelmail web portal.

I have not set up any message filters on my Thunderbird email.

i have a problem with the number of no read emails, because look that is 9 the number of emails... and there are only 3 but in 3 different folders... how can i avoid that sum all or appear in "todos" (all msg) and importantes "(important")?

I use Owl to receive my emails on Thunderbird. This has been working fine, but stopped round about my renewal date. I have re-added all my account details and can get the data to come up, but it doesn't stay. Every time I close Thunderbird, so all the folders and emails disappear too. Please help. I have tried contacting the Owl Support several times by email, but they have not replied!

Since update to 115.7.0 that took place on 1/22/2024, ALL my local folders are stripped of content and new emails I have put into a folder have disappeared when I come back to the folder. In one case, when I clicked on a folder, the emails were there and quickly disappeared within one second.

I now have none of the emails I have been saving on Thunderbird for more than 20 years!!!!!!! I was around when the first version was released.

I have spectrum webmail on the tb's homepage but it cannot send or receive emails from other accounts. It says "cannot connect to nycap.rr.com". Unfortuneately it never says why it can't connect.

I haven't been getting new emails for several days, and my sent mail is not going out. I'm on a MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.4.1. and Thunderbird 115.9.0 (64-bit). My isp provider is FRII and I've been able to read my mail on their program call SOGo.

This is the third time in 3-4 weeks that this has happened. When I detached an attachment, the entire email disappeared. It is gone and a search for it comes up empty - even the trash and junk folders. It is just gone. Message body is set to Original HTML. There were no other attachments in the "attachment" drop down. Version 115.7.0 (64-bit). Again, this has now happened three times and there is no way to retrieve the emails.

Yes I have lot of emails, and I ma now using rules to delete old emails.

I have 12 email accounts for different activities I am involved with.

Why does Thunderbird keep downloading old emails everytime it restarts? Am I meant to keep Thunderbrd running all the time? Doesn't Thunderbird store downloaded emails on the PC?

Some of incoming emails cannot find in inbox. Did not shows in my inbox. I must made some filter by accident which I cannot remove it. What I can do? I see them in inbox of other PC or mobile.

When scheduling on Calendar, it is set to "Contacts," and I have to manually click on that box and change it to my e-mail each time I schedule something. I can't find how to make my e-mail the default. Help?

When I try to move emails from my inbox to another folder, they come back. I have also tried copy and delete. They still come back. I have tried doing the folder repair, but it doesn't do anything but waste time.

How can I synchronize my address book across my devices running Thunderbird? I had an app called ZZAddresses that worked well for 10 years or so, until it quit. Does anybody know what happened to it, or what I can use instead? Is Tbird's promised synchronizer going to be real?
