I have cox comm. for internet and emails, they just changed their server to yahoo.com. Now I cannot sign into thunderbird to send or receive emails.

I cannot receive certain emails sent by interactive brokers which is trying to verify my profile and information on file. They told me to contact my email provider.

V 115.9.0 (32-bit) Good day, I have K9 as my mail client on my Android phone. In K9 there is the possibility to display all incoming mails of my different IMAP accounts in one folder (Common inbox). Is it possible to set up such a folder in Supernova? Thanks for detailed instructions Stefan

Hello, I have two email addresses, one personnel, one business. The other night, Thunderbird asked me to download an update. Since downloading the update, all my business emails and subfolders are gone and have been replaced by my personnel email address and subfolders. (in the left hand pane - pic attached) The business emails and subfolders are on my main server yahoo, but are not on my Thunderbird program. Can someone help me to recover the business email address emails and subfolders? Thank you.

why do you change my message selection when I delete an unrelated message??? Sometimes you delete a message that I haven't opened yet (and don't necessarily wish to open at this time)!!!

Find our why Google chrome and thunderbird will not respond. This had never happened before. Don't bother emailing me, EMAIL DOES NOT WORK. (Thunderbird and Chrome will not respond. All I get is error message when I enter my password for Chrome.)

Have used a Onetel e-mail account for a number of years.

Occasionally, the outgoing server drops out so messages can't be sent only received.

When trying to reconfigure with correct port numbers etc it will never reconnect straight away and there is always a long process to get it up and running again which always seems different every time.

I can never manage this by myself and always have to get help in. This has baffled the best brains in the business so any help or advice gratefully received.

Hello, I use Thunderbird portable. I imported as Imap an existing account at Infomaniak.com but all the personal folders and subfolders were missing. No problem, just right-click on the account and choose "subscribe" ("s'abonner" in French), ticking all the proposed folders. So in IMAP it works, but if you set the account as Pop3, the "subscribe" function doesn't appear. I need Pop3 for an account to be imported into Thunderbird. How can I do this ?

I logged in my email account via thunderbird yesterday 04/16/2024, and all the emails retrieved since 03/16/2024, it looks like only 1 month emails retrieved. My email account set up on 02/27/2024, but I don't get all the emails from 03/15/2024 to 02/27/2024. I used pop - hwhzpop.qiye.163.com 995 and smtp- hwhzsmtp.qiye.163.com 465 to log in Foxmail server successful, and pop-pop.qiye.163.com 995 and smtp- smtp.qiye.163.com 465 to login outlook server successful. Could you help me to fix this issue? attached screenshot is the 1st email of 03/16/2024 retrieved.

I have several users who are migrating email from Outlook, and they want me to confirm if the Thunderbird export will bring over:

• drafts
• sent mail
• deleted mail
• any subfolders in the mailbox

I have 4 different email accounts, all managed by IONOS. These have all been set up under thunderbird OK. But when I send an email from 1 of these email accounts I always have to enter my password for that a/c. With all the other accounts, this is not necessary. I do not use Thunderbird or Firefox password managers. I assume that I must have made an error in setting up the outgoing details when setting up that particular account in Thunderbird, but I cannot find a way of checking if that is the case.

Hyperlink insertion only works in troubleshoot modes but not in main mode even if all extensions and hardware acceleration are turned off (used this guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-mode-thunderbird#w_the-problem-no-longer-happens-in-troubleshoot-mode)

Hi. When replying to an e-mail, Thunderbird has started to place to input cursor in the TO field instead of the message text field (in this case it should be before the answered text).

Any ideas? BR Johnny

A while ago, I had to work offline so I had TB download my Gmail account messages. Now I no longer want these messages to be stored locally, because the Thunderbird folder is up to 10Gb, so I unchecked the box in Synchronization for 'Keep messages in all folders for this account on this computer'. I was hoping the TB would subsequently purge the offline folders, but apparently not. Is there a way to clean out the folders without affecting my online Gmail folders as in Inbox and Sent folders?

I believe that Thunderbird is one of the best email client programs available. This believe is the reason that i am trying to migrate to your email software. Sadly i have been experiencing a some dificulties on my main machine. I’ve tried for several times configurating the email on thunderbird, with sucess. The problem resides on every time that i close the program or restart my computer my email account vanishes from thunderbird. I am using an exchange2019 mail box. Could you please help me out with this situation.

I have suffered a total hard drive crash. Fortunately, I had a complete disk image saved to iDrive. After many hours, I was able to find my profile in the appdata and watch yesterday as my 10000+emails (approximately 10 years of emails!) streamed into my new PC from my Comcast/Xfinity account. However, when I went to access my TB account this morning only a small percentage of the emails that downloaded yesterday were accessible. My TB email account is essentially the file drawer of my life. I want and need to be able to access all 10000+ on a daily basis. What did I do wrong? How can I fix this. Thank you so much!
