I'm running FF v147.2.1 on my iPhone. There is NO translation option in the address bar OR in settings. It was supposed to be introduced in v146. Why is it not available despite having a version that is supposed to have the feature?

I don’t see the translation option in the menu. I am running latest Firefox (148) on iOS Translation used to work yesterday

This is supposed to be available according to this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/translate-firefox-ios

Somehow my app is not is Dutch or German (??) and I can’t figure out how to switch it back to English. Please respond with specific screenshots on how to update the language. It’s not in English so I will not be able to make the update without screenshots. I’m using the latest Firefox iOS app. Just updated.

Translation Settings does not appear in the Settings menu on iOS

It’s a little frustrating, but I want to translate Japanese websites, Firefox is advertising how it’s latest December 2025 update permits translations for Japanese in iOS now… The App Store on iOS advertises that Translation is now available for Firefox…

And nothing. It’s about to be February 2026 in a couple of days, so surely, SURELY the rollout from December 2025 has finished by now? It says Japanese is available, and I live in Japan… what’s missing?

Are there undocumented minimum specifications that I’m not meeting? I’m using an iPhone XR with iOS 18.7.14 (January 2026). Is it rolling out by country, even though there’s no timeline documentation to be found that might indicate this…

My ios language is set to English and I have Firefox v147.0 operating. When I load a foreign language page - say El Pais in Spanish - the translation function does not appear! Any suggestions gratefully received TIA - Michael

I am unable to translate foreign languages on Mozilla mobile with my Iphone. The translation feature in settings does not even appear. I have redownloaded three app multiple times already and it's at version 146+. It's the option even a real thing?

I want to use Korean automatic translation, but unlike Chrome for iOS, it doesn't work at all in Firefox for iOS. What should I do?

I hope that the function of translating it into Korean will be possible on iOS

I don’t remember from when, but after some point of an update of Firefox for iOS, whenever I type something in Korean into address bar for quick search, it automatically changes my inputs to English and extra character appends at the front. This will cause great inconvenience for Korean users. I hope Mozilla team fix this problem soon.

I travel a lot and frequently use web services not in my native English. Safari does a great job of translating to English, but is often glitchy for other functions. So I use Firefox. But it doesn’t have the translate option!

I am trying to sign into Yahoo Mail while in Paris. The login page only comes up in French. I can’t read it. I can only guess at what they are asking for, and can’t get it to work.

Добрый день , я уже давно пользуюсь браузером фаерфокс и долгое время работал на операционной системе виндовс но сейчас у меня новый ноутбук на ос мак от эпл , и возникла проблема с авто переводом в браузере а именно , нет в выборе перевода страницы языков украинский и русский , я пробовал установить несколько расширений по переводу но они также почему-то не работают корректно а именно не переводят текст самой странички , мне приходится копировать текст и переводить в гугл переводчике или же выделять текст и нажимать перевод выбранного текста через плагин и этот перевод открывается в новой страничке что весьма неудобно . Скажите как добавить новый язык для перевода так как их нет в выборе языков , заранее спасибо .
