Just started getting a pop-up when trying to add a new site to the password manager. Passwords already in the manager work fine. Face ID is used for the device passcode. See attached.

I have the Firefox app on my iPhone. When I click it to open the app, the first thing I see is the Firefox logo on the top left. Below that are eight icons (webpages), seven of which I have pinned. Below that are my "Jump Back In" options. How do I add a "pin" to a webpage I go to all the time?

Is there a way to export passwords on the Firefox iOS mobile app? I know how to do it on my desktop/Windows device, but not on my iPhone (iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.5.1). Please help!

I deleted and reinstalled firefox mobile ios, but multiple incorrect addresses are still there. I cannot delete or modify them.

There are no saved addresses on my firefox account that I am able to view from my desktop. The addresses appearing on firefox mobile are incorrect, and not the addresses from my contacts.

Can’t get Firefox to autofill user names & passwords on my iPad. Also, can’t enter addresses to be used later to autofill forms & not sure if it’s remembering new logins.

When I try to access my passwords I get a message that I must have a “device passcode enabled”. I don’t know what this means or where it’s located. (See image).

These features were working previously but I must have changed vital settings. When I search help I’m unable to follow the instructions because my display does not show the items mentioned.

Any help much appreciated.

My Firefox on iPhone (latest version) will pop up the sign in / password dialogue whenever I click an input field for text. It’s not detecting OTPs more than half the time, and even OTP dialogue boxes cause Firefox to try and open the Keychain and sign in, even if it’s not on the sign in page! I find this very concerning. Reinstalling Firefox doesn’t fix it and rebooting phone doesn’t fix it. Any ideas?

I would include a screen but it’s displaying personal information every time I click a text field.

When I’m on a website and I want to pay for something via PayPal it switches onto a new tab that’s blank. It won’t go to the PayPal website. Any thoughts please? Jeff

The instructions are wrong and convoluted. How can I scan a QR code if it is on the iOS device???????? Mozilla just doesn't know how to get around the iOS limitations.

I will no longer use firefox on my iPAD if I can't sync my bookmarks from my Android/Windows bookmarks.

I just downloaded dozens of photos — long press, then “add to photos” — and they are nowhere to be found. I discovered too late that I hadn’t turned on permissions for Firefox to access photos. But not once did I get a warning about that. Are those photos actually saved somewhere, or Is there any way to recover them? Either way, why did I not get a warning that Firefox couldn’t access my photos?

Question: is there a way to clear all website data except for certain ones? Like a white list.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with ios 17.1.1. I have Moziilla Firefox for iOS 126.1.

I would like to clear all private data except for Cache and Cookies on certain websites that I frequently visit, so that I don’t have to log in each time and my data from that site won’t be lost.

Currently I have to go into Settings-Data Management-Website Data-and select each site separately to delete unwanted data. It will only allow me to delete 10 sites at a time. When I click on “show more” it reveals the whole list. However, when I click on one, the list disappears.

Is there any way to save data for certain sites and delete the rest?

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. Mozilla's Android app has extension support but Mozilla's iOS app doesn't, I don't know why, I don't want to use Android, the only feature I miss on Android is this Firefox feature.

I am trying to have my own home page and everytime I set it FireFox reverts to the basic blank screen. I am typing in www.swagbucks.com for the home page and it will stay for a few days then changes back automatically.

I’m trying to use Firefox on my iPhone and I’d like the default search engine to be Firefox. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be already or an option. Can this be done?

Also, my default search engine keeps switching and I don’t want it too. Like I said above I’d like it to be Firefox but I can’t seem to get it to be ? And it switches to google so I removed it.

I have it set to Brave right now but when I search for things in regards to a keyboard logger and as I’m quite sure I have one on my phone. It will start and just not go through as if something is limiting its functionality.

Also when I try and do security check I get an error unable to gather home information. It usually says not able to stop sharing access to camera, microphone, location even though I have them turned off.

This also happens when I try and install a verification app to my accounts when I click to add it any other one that I don’t have will pop up. Then when I click to add on the App Store it reply’s I’m not connected to the internet when I am. How can I fix these issues and secure my device?
