when trying to log into Arizona state school, it uses duo authentication after typing in password and login it starts to try to authenticate then says 403 forbidden. but works fine on my laptop but it will not work on my desktop Ive looked through the forum done all the clear catch and enable site but still not having luck normally id continue on my laptop but i need multiple screens for the current class I'm doing and my laptop doesn't suffice.

I upgraded to Windows 11 on a new machine a few days ago. Had to re-install all my software from scratch.

I just discovered I can’t create subfolders. Not sure long the problem has existed (I don’t create subfolders very often).

I tried creating a subfolder on several different top level folders, on multiple accounts (Hotmail & Gmail). The "name new folder" dialog never appeared. No error message appeared, either.

Windows Task Manager shows 2% CPU usage, and 21% memory in use.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I tried downloading Firefox again and I still can't open it. There must be something in my computer (Windows 11) that is stopping it from opening. It is the browser that I prefer. I have used it for many years and everything is on it. Please help.

Lately receiving annoying pop-ups from 123greetings that have nothing to do with greeting cards. Appear every time i turn on computer and on every site i engage. Says they are "via Firefox".Thats why im turning to you for help.I am not technically oriented, so stating the solution as simple as possible would be appreciated. (I had a 123greetings account, which I deleted in hopes of getting rid of them. No luck.) Thanks for your help.

PS-Recent scan from Malwarebytes suggested 2 pups??? but they were quarantined. Problem persists.
