I am facing a critical problem with my website when accessed through Firefox. I have just started using Firefox and ticked that every internet tab is Firefox but every time I click new tab, it states "search with google or enter address" I cannot get into about:config to then get to browser.newtabpage.pinned How do I get rid of this Google message?

Yesterday i uninstalled Grammarly but today i am still getting pop-ups saying Grammarly isn't activated yet, but it's been uninstalled! So how do i make the pop-ups stop? That's the whole reason i uninstalled it in the first place.

Here we go again.... I have been watching Amazon Prime Videos on my Mac and also my HP computers for a long time. About 3 weeks ago, when I tried to stream a video, it would not start and I got an error message that the video was not available. After trying both computers, many times over the 3 weeks, I have gotten the same results. Amazon says it is the Firefox browser that is the problem and want me to install Chrome, which I DO NOT WANT on my computer. Can you fix the problem or help in any way?

I am attending college classes on line, I frequently have 4 tabs pinned, and 3-4 further tabs open. Without any discernible pattern I can fathom, Firefox will close everything. I have no add-ons to remove, update or restart. I have no plug ins to remove, update or restart. My drivers and Windows OS are all up to date.

I ask my Firefox to delete my history and clear the cash when it is closed, so it takes me roughly 5-20 minutes to log back into everything I'm doing for class or my personal life when this happens.

Upon researching this matter today, all the fixes I can find involve removing add-ons and plug ins. Or updating them. Or turning them off. I have none to try this fix on. The advice on the main page says to check that all system are up to date. I have checked, they are.

I have two computers. One (this one) was down for repair, but it is operative again. A website I use has a popup music player. It works fine on the other computer. Popups are enabled on this computer, but the player does not work. The pop up opens, but the player never appears. Any ideas as to a solution?

When pressing the up arrow key with text in the URL bar, the bottom suggestion is selected, rather than returning the text cursor to the beginning. It used to place the insertion point at the very beginning of whatever text was in there, and then another up arrow press would select the bottom suggestion, but now it instantly wraps to the very bottom selection. It's quite frustrating when trying to modify a search query - now you either have to hold the left arrow key, or accurately click with the mouse

For instance, say I type "cloud" in the URL box, but figure "storm cloud" would be a better search. I can't just press the up arrow to add "storm ", because pressing the up arrow once now just replaces the entire line of text with "https://soundcloud.com/", completely ruining my search. I'm pretty sure this was recently changed with an update. Is there any hope of changing it back?

Hello, I use the Manage Bookmarks / Library function a lot. However, it drives me crazy that the library always opens at the folder: Other Bookmarks/BSP2 trash folder . . . DO NOT REMOVE! I then have to navigate up to find the folder I need. This gets really tedious after a while.

Is there a way to get the library to open at another folder, preferably the most recent folder?

in our organization we use your program, but we recently noticed that the updates removed the option for vertical and horizontal printing from the printing menu, and the problem was solved by communicating with the support team. We added lines of code layout.css.page-size and we convert from true to false, but in the new update 119 we noticed This code has been deleted from your program's library The options for vertical or horizontal printing in any form no longer appear

Why??

How can we solve this problem other than downloading the Esr version We want to keep up with updates with you without any printing glitches

I was looking for tickets on site for hockey using firefox but I get Sorry, Your Session Expired to start again, please return to the previous page/tab and re-click the link (refreshing this page might not work). I go back and then go again to the site and it still comes up with that message. However, it works in Microsoft Edge without any problems. Any reason for this?

I've created 22 themes and in all of them the drop down menus such as "downloads", "history", "extensions", and "application menu", all became white instead of dark like they used to be. I really don't want to go through the process of fixing and reuploading them, I'd apprecate you looking into this and hopefully fixing it with a simple update. Please fix this problem, thank you!

Firefox is running x 8 in my task manager at the moment. Why does it keep multiplying and slowing down my computer? I am almost ready to uninstall Firefox. If I merely need to revert to an earlier version of Firefox, please let me know how to do that. Thank you. Shannon
