Can't connect with the just downloaded version 66.0.4 to virtually any site - not to Google, not to NYT, not even to Mozilla - Firefox won't accept ANY certificate! Following errors appear (examples): "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to addons.cdn.mozilla.net because this web site requires a secure connection. What can you do about it? addons.cdn.mozilla.net has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site. The issue is most likely with the web site, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. The explanation is as follows: Someone could be trying to impersonate the site and you should not continue. Web sites prove their identity via certificates. Firefox does not trust www.nytimes.com because its certificate issuer is unknown, the certificate is self-signed, or the server is not sending the correct intermediate certificates. No problems whatever with other browsers. I'm sending this with Safari.

Everyone going to the above mentioned website experiences the same annoying reloads. Please add a method to Firefox like IE has that can restrict sites reloading, assuming this doesn't exist already. Thanks

again the shopping cart in aliexpress does not work. there are no addons. in pinterest, and after a while, the computer hangs up.

I am continuing to have issues going to this web site. www.goldtonemusicgroup.com/goldtone. Works great on chrome but firefox fails miserably. The page needs to be downsized and when you click on a link it may open it but it may be behind it but I am never able to get to it. I think possibly the last update something must have messed up. I used to be able to load it but not anymore. I have to use another browser to work with this web site. Other web sites seem to be ok. Thanks for any info.

When printing PDF document from web site using Firefox part of the left text is cut off. I have tried "Fit to Page" and shrink to 90% and still have issue. I can print this web document with Edge with no problem. This problem just started in the last several days. I am using Win 10 professional on a Del Opti-Plex 5080.

My Firefox version is 86.0 on Mac. OS Version is 11.2.2 Big Sur.

I found that basically all color rendered in Firefox is more vibrant than Safari and Chrome, maybe Firefox doesn't handles color management right and renders sRGB in full P3 color space, lead to a over saturate color for almost every element on webpage.

Hopes firefox can fix this soon, I love the efficiency and privacy features on Firefox, This is the only bit I found a little uncomfortable.

I have problem with my Firefox version 86.0 (64-bit). I have Windows 10 20H2 64-bit operating system. Firefox can't load some websites. For example I can load https://allegro.pl/ but I have problem sometimes with this website: https://allegro.pl/myaccount/newpayments_incoming.php

If you go there and use F5 key on keyboard (refresh website) sometimes this can't load. On other browser I don't have this issue. This very frustrated me because I can't work. On Windows 10 1909 on older machine (another computer) I don't have this issue with my firefox (this sam 86.0 version). So this is probably problem only with Windows 10 20H2.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open new tab and go here: https://allegro.pl/myaccount/newpayments_incoming.php 2) Log in to your account for Allegro website (without account you can't load website) 3) When website loads normally you must refresh this website (F5 key on keyboard) few times (you must be patient, sometimes this can take some time) 4) When website can't load or it's load partly you can see that this stops loading when it try connect to analytics.google.com so I think that it is very strange behavior.

On other browsers on Windows 10 20H2 version this website works without issue. Only with Firefox I have a problem. On Windows 10 1909 version on another machine I can't notice this issue. Also on Ubuntu I don't have any problems with this website with firefox.

Can you fix it? I can't work on my computer with Windows 10 20H2 system. I musted to switch to another browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge). I contacted with owner of the website but this is not the first problem with Firefox on Windows 10 20H2 so you should fix it. I remember that I had some similar problems on another websites but I don't remember what was address for these websites.

When website can't load or it's load in a part you can see in the bottom of the browser that this stops when it try connect to analytics.google.com so it is very strange behavior.

Hi a lot of websites I visit are not displaying the font correctly when using firefox. I have set "Allow Web Sites To Choose Their Own" already in the preferences. See image below for example. It's happening a lot at the moment . I have updated to latest Firefox and Mac OS is latest. Pages are fine when viewed in Chrome. Help please! Cheers- Vince

When I use Gmail in my up-to-date Firefox under Windows 10 or Linux and type e.g. "Leser und Leserinnen", then exit the draft and reopen it, "und Leserinnen" is gone. This happens to all tested feminine forms ending with "-innen", even irregular or non-existing ones, if they follow the masculine form and " und " (both preceded and followed by exactly one space). The truncation is case insensitive, and when I type the feminine form first, "innen" will be cut, and " und [masculine]" as well. Turning off auto-correction didn't help. Also, when I send a mail containing such a double form, it arrives correctly, but in my sent mails " und [feminine]" is gone. However, when I then open "forward" or "reply" with repetition of the sent mail, the deleted words are back in place. None of this happens when I use another browser or an E-Mail client or the Gmail app on my phone, nor does it happen with other mail providers, not even when using Firefox. I know this sounds weird, as if there were an automatic "politically incorrect maker". But it is exactly what happens. I wonder if anyone can replicate the phenomenon or - even better, find out why it occurs.

My browser crashed and updated itself the other day and when I reopened it I had been logged out of everything. I’ve managed to get back in to some accounts but some things like gmail won’t let me. I’ll type in my email but the “Next” button won’t work either being clicked on or hitting enter.

There’s also a few shopping websites that just won’t open at all and I have the same problem with LinkedIn.

I tried restarting my computer and also removing Firefox and redownloading it and while I managed to get into LinkedIn once I couldn’t get anything else to work. I’m just not sure what else to try or if I just have to wait for another update?

Hi, I'm new to Linux, just one week on Manjaro.. It's great so far and Firefix works well. I only seem to have issues with one website (https://www.crateandbarrel.ca/quebec/customer-service) but it's an important one for me.

The error message tells me to enable cookies and JavaScript, which I've done but the error persists. The message is as follows. Any ideas on what else I could do resolve this error? Thank you

I try to access my bank website and when I log in the tab says "Something went wrong" and the page tells me Sorry, we couldn't complete your request Sign in to online banking or our mobile banking app to continue. This started on April 1, 2021 Running Firefox v87.0 (64) on Win 10. All apps are current. Tried resetting Firefox, and clearing cache which didn't work. I can sign-in using Edge. Thanks

Hi So my problem started a few days ago i don't remember exactly when. The graphs on the binance exchange site have stopped updating for me on Firefox. I mean when i load the page with the graph in it the graph is static and i have to keep refreshing the entire page to see changes in the graph. I should mention that the graphs on a different site that i use work fine and display the prices in real time.

I also had microsoft edge and the same problem happens there too but today i installed chrome and the problem in NOT present there. So the site and graphs update and work properly in chrome but not in Firefox or edge. I prefer to use Firefox for everything!

-I tried Firefox safe mode and the problem is still there. -I also made a new Firefox profile and the problem is still there. -Finally i even refreshed Firefox but even that didnt fix the problem. I should mention that i have Firefox sync enabled so after i refreshed Firefox it automatically installed back all my addons (and other settings?) so even though it is refreshed it looks and behaves exactly like before i don't know if that "cancels" the effects of the refresh.

I am running win10 and my antivirus is kaspersky. I had Kaspesky on "pause protection" while i was troubleshooting but that didnt help either. I hope i managed to explain everything because i find it hard to express my self in English. If you need me to clarify anything let me know. I hope someone can help me with this because I don't know what else to try.

Hi, when I'm on pages where I need to chat with customer service, Firefox has stopped opening the chat tab / window. I click on "chat" but no one happens. Nothing opens and no message pops up is stopped. Why does it happen like this all of a sudden? I have not made any changes to settings.

Clicking "Show more comments" on Facebook does nothing (I browse it without an account), also no comments are shown in Cracked.com, I haven't noticed if other sites don't show comments. I use Ubuntu 20.04 (when I first opened FF on this pc it had the gnome icon and I hadn't checked for this problem before importing my old profile with add-ons, now it doesn't show the icon for some reason), I tried safe mode, refresh firefox, creating new profile, uninstalling and deleting home/.mozilla folder, no luck. Before I got this pc I used my old laptop with windows 7 and I'm pretty sure I had the same problem with facebook comments that had started some time earlier.

Since most content is in English and search engines always link to the English version, I usually browse the english version of mozilla pages. But here on support in particular I have to contend with the pathetic date format where you can't tell which is day or month or year. So why can't I find a way to set the date format. Even the majority of tiny websites/forums have an option to specify the date format.

Особенно это касается банковских и бизнес-сервисов: https://www.rbo.raiffeisen.ru https://online.moysklad.ru и другие. Чистил кэш, перезагружал - бесполезно. При этом Опера и Вивальди летают на этих сайтах. Хром не пробовал ибо не хочу.
