When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?". This happens on Firefox, but not Chrome or Edge. If I 'Allow' Google in the 'Exceptions - Cookies and Site Data' then I do not get the message, but it takes several seconds for Google display the resulting page. However, if I delete the cookies/cache the message will return and I have to redo the reCAPTCHA. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Hitman Pro, Trend Micro House Call and Microsoft Defender, nothing detected. Running Win 10 (64) with 'Extended Security Updates', Firefox 147.0 (64), no additional Extensions or Plugins. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

After being prompted to update the browser this morning, and after I updated it, I can no longer use ChatGPT. Chat GPT will open, but it's unresponsive, can't log in, the arrow button to submit an inquiry doesn't work, and none of the other features of ChatGPT are working

In Firefox, the ChatGPT chat only displays my own messages; ChatGPT's responses no longer appear. This includes past chats—they are not displayed either. Disabling security software or clearing cookies and cache did not resolve the issue. ChatGPT works in Edge without disabling security software, but I primarily use Firefox, so I want it to work in Firefox.

I'm afraid I picked up malware despite Sophos due to this message upon routine searches, e.g. "Where's the nearest pet store". I'm experiencing problems across numerous sites using the above version of Firefox, detailed below. Other browsers are OK, as are other versions of Firefox on different devices.

Outlook365 email - "Your message can't be displayed right now" Fantasy Premier League - unable to log in, hitting 'Log in' doesn't respond Faceboook - content does not load Ebay - html on formatting in listings is screwed up Duckduckgo non-functional - returns the message "Ugh, it happened again! The server encountered an error and could not complete your request." The Guardian - images do not load Nextdoor - messages do not load

I typically use FF to log into social security accounts. I have not been able to use FF for a couple of months to log in to ONLY THAT SITE. I can on CHROME.

Since latest upgrade (1/16/2026) I cannot log in to Outlook email. This is specific to Firefox 147.0.1 (Chrome and Pop Peeper logins to Outlook work fine). I tried clearing cache, updating, restarting, rebooting, trouble-shooting mode, private window etc. to no avail. I get 400 error from Outlook.

macOS 15.6 Firefox 141.0.3 - my preferred browser

I've seen a number of posts regarding this problem since the Firefox 141 update. I've tried a number of suggestions, although my problem seems slightly different.

I can apparently login to reddit OK but when I try to access a subreddit thread, a warning comes up - see image.

I have cleared Firefox site data, cookies, cached files, etc - problem remains.

I have restarted Firefox in Troubleshooting mode - problem remains, so not an extension.

However, https://old.reddit.com has no problems with Firefox, lets me access threads, etc and comment.

No problems accessing reddit with Safari or DuckDuckGo browser.

Since the Tahoe upgrade I can't login to my google account because the 'Passkey' prompt that the system is supposed to automatically trigger, never eventuates as it used to in Sequoia. I am signed into my account on the same desktop using Safari but my preferred browser is Firefox, so this is quite frustrating.

I have messenger loaded but with Firefox i can not video call when i want to call a friend or family. I have no way to call any one i do have a web cam. do i need to go to Chrome every time i want to call. Messenger has stopped desktop messenger that was how i could call but now i can not is there some way to Facebook video call on Firefox please let me know thanks I want to stay with Firefox why is there no way to get video calls on Facebook??

This has worked for me for years. It just began a few days ago when I tried to login and look at my new auto insurance policy. I've cleared the cache/cookies to no avail. I can access the web site with Edge (yuk)

When I try to log in to my account with Amazon Prime, Firefox freezes as soon as I hit the Continue button after entering the username and password. I can't open or close tabs or do anything. I don't have this problem with the Amazon account in any other browser.

Any ideas why this happens and how to fix it?

A website that I have used for years to track my wine cellar invenory has ceased functioning for me. The Web Designer tells me that the problem is a network issue and not his problem. I get no solutions from my ISP.

When I attempt to load the page and look at the Console I get the following error message in response to several GET requests:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://cdn.ct-static.com/dist/js/ct.min.1530c2da96.js.

A web search tells me that this policy is a browser safety net. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

The system asks me to sign in using my passkey or to try another way. The screen is frozen - can't enter passkey, can't choose another way. The only way out is to close firefox. I have no problem signing in with a different browser (Safari).

There is supposed to be Windows 11 on this computer, but something is saying Windows 10 didn't support something the end of Oct. I was on the site I'm trying to reach yesterday and there was no problem.

I can't watch Twitch live stream and videos after updated.When I watching live stream on Twitch, the stream start showing some old tv effect but in colours green. I thought was Twitch problem, then I changed to watch video from my college by using their website. But it still has that effect. But I can watch Youtube videos with no problems. Then i changed to use Microsoft Edge to watch Twitch, surprisingly with no problem. I already updated to the latest version in Firefox. Can anyone help me Please. Thank You

Problem started with Firefox 146.0.1 Windows 11

1. Open outlook.com in FF browser (https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/). 2. Open any email. 3. No side scrollbar appears so you can't page down within email. Note: the Outlook folder scrollbar does appear and does work. 4. The within-email-item side scroll bar does appear from outlook.com opened in Edge browser. So this is a Firefox bug.

Have tried: a. Windows settings->Accessibility->Visual effects->Always show scrollbars = on b. Turned Adblock on and off for outlook.com c. Firefox settings autoscrolling, smooth scrolling tried all combinations.

Any fixes?
