Previously asked this question but didn't receive any Mozilla support. All they replied with was "we really only help with account or VPN issues now."

How is someone supposed to get a bug taken care of?

Since update to version 132, the primary password box keeps popping up, randomly, even after I put in the password. Only started happening after update to 132.

Can someone from Mozilla actually look into this?

I am locked out of Amazon because I don't know my "passkey" to Amazon. I didn't know I had a passkey and I don't know where to find Amazon says it is under firefox.exe. Can you help me?

My usernames and passwords are both saved on firefox. On certain websites, like reddit, the option to autofill only appears when I click on the password box, not the username box, and it only fills out the password. This happens both on windows and android.

The security sequence for log-in is supply of user-id and then password; that works fine; then a send unique code dialogue pops up and it leads to an error screen which I am attaching. I have rung the number provided and they say they don't support Firefox; so that looks like end of Firefox use to me and goodbye (can't find a tearful emoji to insert).

Gotta say this kind of thing is happening quite frequently for me; mostly without a nice error screen like this one; last one I recall was hunting for car insurance; on the screen where it listed the billions of quotes to eager providers none of the links to click through for the quotes worked... and with this happeneing more frequently now you go... ohh it's firefox again isn't it... so you reluctantly fire up Google Chrome and of course it works OK.

So I'm kinda here with a broader outlook than just this specific problem; I really am on the verge of giving up with Firefox; it should just work shouldn't it; and it increasingly doesn't anymore; I don't want to get into an extended and convoluted dialogue to help you cure this issue; I'm simply perplexed that some really basic stuff doesn't work anymore; however; I've used Firefox for centuries so thought I should give you at least a chance so I could declare how I feel etc.

I am up for a dialogue over this and hoping this is an easy fix; but; as I say; I'm confused as to why, for me, Firefox just simply doesn't work well anymore; it just should and I shouldn't be here.

I am writing to request assistance with my Mozilla account. I am unable to access my account due to several reasons: I have lost access to the two-factor authentication app, I have lost the backup data with the 10-digit recovery key, and I no longer have any devices where I was previously logged in. I only have access to my email address.

I do not need access to the synchronized data; it would be acceptable if you delete it and allow me to register a new Mozilla account with my existing email address. Using a different email address is not an option for me.

I am in the process of transitioning away from the Google ecosystem and would like to use Mozilla's services and products. Could you please help me reset my Mozilla account so that I can register a new one with my current email address?

I have been using Firefox on my HP laptop for about 2 to 3 years. The current version is 130.0 which auto downloaded about a week or 2 ago. Now I am unable to login to my eTrade account unless I remove cache. The URL for the site is https://us.etrade.com/home/welcome-back. When I first click it, a tab pops up which is labeled Investing, Trading and Retirement with a dot on that tab that continues moving left to right to indicate it's trying to bring up the login page. It never times out. I noticed while it's doing that, there is verbiage down on the bottom left corner of the screen that says "Read c.evidon.com" which never goes away. If I go to Firefox settings and delete cache, the login screen will pop up after I restart Firefox. So I can end up logging in, but once I logout of eTrade and try to come back in, the same problem occurs. Never had this issue before but now is somewhat of a pain every time I need to get to my eTrade account. I also have Brave on my laptop and I don't have that issue when using it.

I have a problem where Firefox is asking for a physical security key when I log into certain sites. I do have passkeys saved in my password manager, but Firefox wants to intercept this request rather than passing it to my password manager extension. If this behavior is configurable, I don't know how to change the setting. It's not evident by looking in Settings

This functionality works correctly in Chrome/Chromium and Edge, on Windows and Linux, when I go to a site that I have a passkey saved in my password manager, the browser passes it to my password manager extension and I can log in that way. On Firefox, I have to press the "Try another way" link and enter my old school password and then a MFA additional factor.

Is it possible to configure Firefox to not try to respond to passkey requests and let the password manager extension handle it?

Would you like to explain to me why the Dashlane Extension will either not load or will load after several minutes? Rather a catch 22 isn't it. You want my password to raise this issue; but, you will not give me access to my password vault. It used to work just fine. What did you change?

Also telling that Mozilla holds the keys to the realm but have zero interest in providing direct support.

hi all 😊 im wondering how can i import passwords to an older version of firefox {78.15}? i use lastpass, and would like to get those passwords into my firefox somehow! {even though i cant get a more recent firefox because my laptop is too old to support a more recent firefox.} thanks!

Back near start of 2024, an update to Firefox resulted in "Primary Password" being dropped when ever "Clear Recent History" is done. Requiring you to re-enter your "Primary Password".

Prior to 2024, a "Clear Recent History" could be done and your "Primary Password" was not dropped (not effected).

Initially, I thought it was a code problem which would get fixed with next update of Firefox. However, the problem has remained. I have not been able to find a way to tell Firefox thru preferences to or config to not clear "Primary Password".

I recently installed BitDefender Password Manager. I see the message "Can't Read and change data on this site".

how can i enable the BitDefender Password manager to access all sites?

For at least 6 months Firefox has been losing a random password at a random time. I keep FF updated and I use Windows 11 phone Sync.What could be causing this? Does anybody else have this problem?

Hello Mozilla! For a few days, Firefox has been offering me a bad identifier when I fill out a form. It offers me my email address and now the address of a friend. However, neither of them appears in my automatic filling data of my preferences… and therefore impossible to remove it! Can you help me please? Hi, I was trying to access employee login (most likely exchange server login) but nothing happened. It was okay for me if I access it in Chrome. What is the problem? Target website:https://www.parksystems.com/en/sign-in

when trying to log into Arizona state school, it uses duo authentication after typing in password and login it starts to try to authenticate then says 403 forbidden. but works fine on my laptop but it will not work on my desktop Ive looked through the forum done all the clear catch and enable site but still not having luck normally id continue on my laptop but i need multiple screens for the current class I'm doing and my laptop doesn't suffice.

Each time I close the firefox web browser I get logged out of my firefox account and out of all the different websites and emails I use. I have looked on the forum and tried the proposed solutions but it's not working: I disabled the "Clear history when Firefox closes" setting and I even did a refresh of firefox which also didn't solve the issue
