Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed with Certificate Installation

Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am in urgent need of assistance regarding a Linux-based system where we have the Firefox browser installed. I need to establish a secure connection with one of my servers, which requires the installation of a certificate.

However, I am unable to locate the certificate export button in the certificate view or anywhere else in the browser. I have tried several methods without success.

Could you please help me with this issue as soon as possible? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I clicked on a link in an email and FF began opening it. It then stopped and gave a message that the site was causing FF to run slow. That was an understatement, as FF never continued and didn't fully open the site. I copied the URL to Chrome and it had no problem quickly opening the site. What do I need to fix in FF to make it happy again? When i try to insert a screenshot through the clipboard on google or yandex image search, the original image is corrupted. Even i try to upload an image via classic upload-button the same problem reproduise. On other sites there is no similar problem, as well as trying to insert the same image but inside the application windows.

In attachement: yandex/google and default image i was trying to upload.

I am looking to turn on review checker and cannot see how to do it. I don't have the price tag icon displayed nor do I have any reference to Review Checker in my settings. I'm wondering if my version of Firefox supports it (133.0). Any ideas?

How to search for installed (both enabled and disabled) addons extensions in Firefox browser like chrome does via "chrome://extensions/" in 2025?

It is quite surprising that in 2024-25, firefox still doesnt have any option to search for installed addons via "about:addons". You can only search for addon site, not for those installed on your device and profile and browser.

Is firefox team really updating their browser for 2025 when compared to chrome?

When we are getting dates and time in history like Chrome? Random months and in those months, no days, no dates makes Firefox outdated.

Is Firefox not growing or everything needs to be highlighted? I have never highlighted anything to chrome yet it has done things that are worth it.

Since a recent update, whenever I try to go to ufc.om, Firefox shows me the error in the attached image. It used to display ufc.com without issues before the update [ don't remember which update ].

Other browsers [ Chrome and Edge ] display ufc.com without issues.

So I deleted my old mozilla account since I abandoned the email that it was linked to, but when I tried to sync with my new account I get this. Is there anyway to do this without having to make a new profile?

I tried making a new profile and copy and pasting my profile into the new one, but still get the same pop up. I guess there's something in my profile that says it's been synced before, is there anyway I can find that and delete it or change it?

Yesterday, I ran a format on my computer with Firefox in installed on it. When I tried to recover my settings, history and bookmarks later using sync after logging in to my account nothing happened. Can you please help me recover my data? Thanks in advance.

On my computer Firefox ask for the master password every time at startup. On other computers in my family, Firefox only ask for the Master Password when accessing a site with a password. I tried : - to disable than reenable Master Password - start in SafeMode without success. How can I solve my issue ? Thanks in advance for your help
