Since this morning Firefox keeps crashing on my PC, not only tabs, but the whole browser. I've sent countless reports so far. There is no error message. Is there a problem with Firefox today, or there may be another issue? Please help, thanks.

I saw this same issue posted on here, but I press the shift key while using the Firefox browser and what appears to be a developer menu pops up at the bottom of the page, the crappy thing is this is occuring on my laptop so my keyboard is part of the computer lol

Had a sign that I needed to update so I clicked update and it did not complete. I clicked Close Firefox and got XULRunner Error: Platform version '101.1' is not compatible with minVersion >=101.0 Max version <=101.0’ for ‘Firefox’ and can't,t get past it. I've updated for years and nothing like this has happened before. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall? if I do will I lose all my bookmarks and saved pages? Any other workarounds???

I downloaded session manager on Firefox hoping to be able to import session file from session buddy from chrome. I tried importing the json file but it says it fails to read. Followed by some googling I found that the problem lies with the fact that session buddy files don't have several tags in current tabs in the json file so importing fails. Like mentioned here https://github.com/sienori/Tab-Session-Manager/issues/408#:~:text=Close%20Chrome%20and%20Open%20Firefox,%2C%20and%20click%20%22Open%22. I am a noob and I don't see how that could be fixed, any help, plz?

There was an upgrade to fire fox yesterday and now every thing is huge. I can hardly see my face book page and I have spent over 2 hours trying to get it back to normal size. I have windows 10.

I want to add to the options listed when I right click on some selected text. Specifically, I would like to be able to select some text (a tracking number) and have options to lookup tracking info (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) for the selected text.

Seems useful if one does lots of shipping, no?

I was trying to customize the toolbar and I can't recall how, but I lost access to my extension shortcuts through the menu list button on the toolbar. I've been since trying to get the button back or replace it, to access my extensions that way but I'm not finding any options to get the button back which I find ridiculous because the button is very helpful on the toolbar in utilizing your extensions. I'm kind of a newbie so I'm looking for help in how to get the button back on my toolbar so I can utilize my extensions that way, please. Thanks.

When I close tabs, and the computer stops working and I check the Task manager it turns out that firefox still runs 20-30tabs in the background when most of then have been closed and have just 4 running!!!

This occupies 100% of disk and CPU, and thw laptop stops functioning and freezes!!!!!!

And this happens all the time! How do we make firefox actualy close the tabs properly?? Without having to dig through task managerto close them again one by one?

The issue i want to raise is sometimes when I open my business website I show a white blank website. Just the scroller appear on the left side and nothing else. I also tried to open using VPN but the same thing goes on. First i thought i have serve issue but everything is Ok from server end. Then i realize it may the mozilla browser issue which i am using so i decided to contact you.

This is very serious issue for me please support team let me know the exact issue

Windows 10 pc can not start,I have gone through automatic repair and diagnostics steps,but am now on advamced options and think I need to Reset it.This will lose Firefox.When I install it again will I be able to sign into my Firefox account to retrieve bookmarks and passwords?I am very nervous about this,don't even know how to install Firefox,as someone gave me the computer and it was already in there. I am a tech dinosaur!Thank you in advance for any help.Lesley

I have so far submitted 36 crash reports and nothing happens. I have tried various suggestions and nothing works. The problem is very annoying as every time I type a a letter into the search bar, firefox crashes and asked to submit a crash report, which I did. I do like firefox but this is ridiculous. I'm currently running into some speed issues with Firefox on my laptop. I run Windows 10 on my HP Pavillion Notebook, 64 bit, 8GB RAM. It has been very slow to load all pages for the past 2 days, despite no real change in routine.

My internet connection is fine however, and other browsers such as Chrome run very fast on my PC. I have my Firefox updated to the latest version, I haven't installed any new add-ons in a long time. Just gave my current ones a look and all seem fine. Can also run Firefox fine on phone, so the speed issue is strictly for Firefox on PC. I've restarted my laptop, router, run troubleshooting, and nothing is showing up.

Should I wait this out and see if it clears up on it's own? If so, for how long? And if not, what should I do to fix this? Please let me know if you have any new suggestions, thank you.

I've recently been opening Firefox to find that my tabs are missing - MIA. I haven't had any problem until recently. I am running the following version of Firefox: Firefox 108.0 (20221208122842) Details Installed on: December 13, 2022 at 2:47:02 PM Status: The Update was successfully installed

Unfortunately, when I did a search in help for tabs - the suggestions were above my pay grade. I tried some of the suggestions, but they didn't seem simple enough for me. I downloaded the latest Firefox updates this morning. Now my web cam (this to me is a plug in camera that I can move around will not work. I need this camera Now. I have to get some papers filed . Before anyone says anything about my terminology, I do not know and am too old to learn computer technology- I mean age,not attitude. Also I can't figure out how to turn the flash off; there is a little cut in slot to the left of the flashbulbs, does anyone know what this is; and is there an on/off on this camera. Haven't been able to find instructions for it. the slot is the only area I can see that may control something on the camera but I can't see anything that will move in the slot. appreciate anything anyone can tell me. Microsoft Help came up (automated) and when thru a number of tries to fix it and couldn't. I think it was the Firefox update that did it but do not know why or what to check to correct. I went thru all my settings.
