How do I block Facebook? I use Apple OS X. I canceled my Facebook account, but there are sometimes advertising links on other sites where you can't tell it's a Facebook site until after clicking on the link. The problem with Facebook is if you cancel your account but then visit again (accidentally or otherwise), it reactivates your old canceled account--unless they've changed their privacy settings again to stop this. How do I set up Firefox so that it blocks Facebook, or at least warns me that I'm about to go go Facebook? Thx.

Hi, I love the feature where prior session tabs appear as a checklist after a crash in Firefox. Is there a way to make this appear without a crash? I tried the session manager plugin but it froze constantly.

i have downloaded the latest firefox but when i click it to open it it crashes and it show crash report and its happing sine yesterday. i cant go to any pages because its not opening, i have delete it from my computer when i download it again it still same it wont open.

Firefox upgraded my system without my permission. Now the last bookmark, with my most recent searches, is missing. I don't have hours and hours to go through hundreds of articles looking for the "secret" to where you hid them. Put them back and leave my system alone.

Hi There

Hotmail have this week updated their website, since then on Firefox I can't seem to open, delete, compose or do anything with my emails. All I can do is get into the inbox and that's it. I have been on Safari and seem to access all my emails as normal. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem??

I have run the beta version before, recently I downloaded version 3.6.8 and it replaced the beta version. How do I download and run each as separate applications without an overwrite?

Tried various solutions without success. My library (bookmarks) is empty and I cannot find the files you mention under my finder/ librarly / application support / Firefox (missing, but Mozilla exists, but it doesn't have the files you mention).

I see error messages flash by in my support files such as javascript or CSS, but they go away faster than I can read them

For example, if I want to sign into gmail, it asks for the username. As soon as I type in the first letter, it gives me a selection which it stored. Once I made a mistake and typed my password in there which also begins with the same letter. How do I clear the list? Actually, how can I set Firefox so that it doesn't automatically store that information.

When I upgraded to 3.6, I lost my bookmarks and the bookmarks toolbar. Also, when I click bookmark this page under the bookmarks menu, I get nothing. Tried everything on the firefox support page and nothing works. Any help/suggestions to restore would be appreciated. Thanks.

Suddenly I cannot print any web pages from Firefox. It was printing one day and not communicating with the printer the next. Did not happen with an upgrade to Firefox or plugins. Printer dialog came up but nothing sent to printer.

When setting a bookmark you should be able to edit the bookmark title in the popup; now in 3.68 it doesn't seem like this is working. You have to set the bookmark, then go to Organize to change it

I want to make my sky.com email the default app for mailto situations. What do I have to do? I thought sky was powered by google, but mailto wants me to set up a new gmail account.

Ever since I switched windows 7, I've had trouble with firefox remembering my username and passwords. Any help?

When I use a shortcut (to open a web page at Yahoo.com) with the application Launchbar, if Firefox was not already launched, it launches, opens a blank window, then opens another window with the requested web page.

This problem is already listed in the list ofproblems, and it is stated that this has been corrected. IT HAS NOT.

As a matter of fact, this is new behaviour since 3.6.x

After 3. it's all been down hill. Have not 3.6.8 and did not download 3.6.7 . Do I need to install 3.6.5 and 3.6.7 before 3.6.8. Do I need to uninstall previous versions? I am a novice so please be clear.
