Is it possible to start Firefox Developer Edition in Responsive Design Mode?
I would love to open all web pages in Firefox Developer Edition directly in Responsive Design Mode. It is possible? Are there options to toggle?

I'm running Firefox 71 on Linux. I notice that when I load a page into a new tab (either from middle-clicking links, or entering URL manually), Firefox UI is unresponsive for about 2 seconds. During that time, I'm unable to switch tabs--either by clicking, or with Ctrl+Tab. I tried restarting with all add-ons disabled, but the problem persists.
The problem disappears if i were to create a new temporary profile, though. So it's clear that something in my current profile is screwed up, but not sure what. Other things I've tried: quit Firefox, I vacuumed all `.sqlite` files in my profile; cleaned up all the cached images (not site data, though).
I'm keen to continue using my profile rather than create and setup a new one. Any help to trouble shoot this problem is appreciated.
Thanks.

I am using firefox on linux (kde plasma) and when I go to upload a photo in a webpage I get the upload dialog but the thumbnails are too small to view which I really need for photos and there are no view options to change the size of them... This feels like a fundamental feature I'm missing... Is it possible?
Attached the upload dialog window

Nothing seems to work. An appropriate plugin seems to be installed and, after downloading the latest version from Adobe, a retry informed me that Flash was already installed. Firefox does not agree. The download from Adobe informs me that upgrading is a 3-stage process but takes me no further than stage 1. This used to be a doddle under XP. You just found and ran the executable file in the Download folder. I can find no executable files in my Download folder. My current Linux version is 18.3 Sylvia. I am sure that this used to be handled automatically by Firefox updates in previous Mint versions. Now, however, it doesn't seem to matter what I try - whether using the Mint's Software function or going onto Adobe's download page. I always seem to finish up in the same place with the computer just looking at me and declaring that Flash is already installed. The Firefox Addons list includes Flash but nothing I do will get it working.

Firefox 70.0.1 on Mint Linux 19.2, though this has been going on for several months now with older versions of FF:
Periodically, at unpredictable intervals, Firefox reverts my choice of spellcheck dictionary (English US) to English Australian. In the FF Preferences i don't even have Australian as an option: i have only UK, US, and Canada. Nonetheless, now and then, FF will start marking the word "color" as misspelled, at which point i know that the dictionary has once again been swapped out. Right-clicking the misspelled word and selecting "Languages..." reveals that Australian is always, without exception, the one it's been switched to.
My system-wide language is US English. Nothing, on any of my systems, is configured to use Australian, so FF making this particular choice of dictionaries completely befuddles me.
The "troubleshooting information" which was automatically attached to this post confirms that i don't have Australian English activated in FF.
How do i keep FF from randomly switching dictionaries on me?

Hi,
WebGL on Mozilla Firefox is very slow compared to Google Chrome on same desktop?
Desktop specs: - Kubuntu 18.04.3 LTS 64Bit Linux OS - 500 Watt Power Supply - ASRock Q1900M Motherboard - Intel Celeron 2GHz 4-Core CPU - 16GB DDR3 RAM Memory - nVidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB GDDR5 GPU (Ubuntu nVidia proprietary display driver version 435.21)
Using the same WebGL demo, I get 10 Frames Per Second on Firefox and 45 Frames Per Second on Chrome? Any ideas what the issue is with WebGL and Ubuntu Firefox and how to fix it? Let me know, thanks!

Hello,
I have a trouble with font rendering on one specific website - https://www.checkpoint.com.
Text on this site looks quite ugly (see font01.png).
But if I open "Web Developer" -> "Inspector" -> "Fonts" -> "All fonts on page", then I can see the text renderred correctly in the preview field (see font02.png).
So text uses "DIN WXX Regular" font, but I do not understand, why Firefox cannot render it on the web page in the same manner as in the Developer tools?
Any clue how to fix it?
Browser: Firefox 68.2.0esr (64-bit) OS: Debian Bullseye

I am using Firefox Browser 71.0(64-bit) with xubuntu. Recently I have problems trying to select 'right click' options. If I right click on a selected area of text for example, when I move the mouse pointer to select an option from the menu the menu disappears. Sometimes a selection is made by the system, (usually the top one) and whatever is highlighted can be 'cut'. Alternatively, I must hold down the mouse button and move the mouse pointer the my selection and then release the button thus making the selection (never sure it is actually made!) I was thinking of changing to Chrome but I prefer Firefox because I can re-direct it's cache etc to a HD rather than an SD drive. So, I await a solution please.
Hi! Could you please add an option to easily add user accounts (just like "ADD PERSON" option in Chrome)? Thanks.
Would be great to get this as an update because I love using Firefox and this feature would help me a lot.

I'm on Fedora 31. Firefox was recently upgraded to 71.0 and I find a weird pattern in trying to open links from applications - possibly related to Slack:
If firefox was initially opened following a link from Slack, I can open other links from Slack, but trying to follow links from other applications (IBM Lotus Notes, or running "firefox URL" from a terminal window) fails with a "Firefox is already running" message.
If I open firefox from the desktop applications menu, the reverse happens. I can open links from Notes and a terminal, but following links from Slack fails.
I tried reinstalling firefox and slack with no success. Today I tried going back to an earlier version - firefox-70.0.1-4.fc30.x86_64.rpm - and everything seems to be okay.
It seems like something changed in firefox 71 that doesn't play well with Slack.
