When I try to access [https://www.surinenglish.com/] I got the following:

Forbidden. You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. It has worked fine on this system and this browser before and still works fine in Vivaldi. No changes in AV software and no improvement when all extensions disabled. What could be causing it in FF (latest stable, Win 10)?

When I click on files or links in Firefox, the application gives me a long URL but does not open the file. This is a big nuisance. I want the content to open. CB

I require assistance. I have a game called Roblox that I played every day. It would start as usual and I would play with my friends and all. But suddenly, it started saying "An error occurred while starting roblox". I tried opening Roblox on Firefox but it said "Warning: Security Risk ahead", I even tried advancing, and it still wouldn't let me in. I tried restarting my computer, restarting Roblox, my internet, and deleting and reopening Roblox, but nothing worked. I emailed my teacher and he hasn't responded yet, and I'm kind of desperate. so please help. I noted that this happened earlier, so I am wondering if this is temporary or if i accidentally installed a virus or something. Please respond as soon as possible! ( I tried Roblox.com, but it said it was blocked because of filtering, even though there is nothing inappropriate on it ).

If I, for example use Google as search engine, it always requires me to accept cookies. Then if I have accepted the cookies and go to one of the found pages, read it and go back to the search, Firefox tries to load the same popup window again, but fails. When I open a new tab and reenter the search phrase, the same window for accepting cookies appears. I think this problems have appeared after the latest update to version 82.0.3; not sure if I have changes some preference. My compter is an old MacBookPro with OS 10.13.6. In previous versions, I have been asked now and then to accept google's privacy rules. The similar problems appears for other sites, for example sanoma.com, where I have chosen to accept only the necessary cookies, not third party, analytics, etc. When I open a link and go back, the same question appears again, but for these sites it does not hang up, as in the google case. I mostly use private browsing window, and have better privacy and similar extensions activated.

Hi everybody! This new function "picture in picture" is bothering and prenvents from concentrating on the main subject. I tried everything announced to stop it including menu > options > deactivate control... but it still invites itself, no possible control. How may I stop that completely??? tks Lionel

What happened to the Download Icon Arrow for the FF Toolbar? It is missing from my toolbar and not available in Customize. I have a blank space where the where the icon used to be. I can click on that space and the downloads will show, but the icon is not there. If I go to Customize to drag it to the toolbar, the Download Arrow is not there either.

what is this ?? how do i fix it ? I am 80 years old and a point and click kind of guy !! I get a blank page with it !!

hi all i'm having a problem with firefox browser, its not keeping my website logged in. This does not occur after i close my browser but after a few hours of log in, even if i leave the browser opened and come again back later.

I've been using firefox for ages now and never really had this issue. It has only starting happening only recently, since early this week or last week the most.

I've also manually cleared all cookies/log in etc and updated firefox to the latest version maybe it helps, but nothing changed.

Please note that I do not clear history/active log in etc neither it is set up to do it automatically when i close browser also i do not have any 3rd party apps that forbid cookies. I had a firefox addon before but disabled it maybe it was interfering, but it still didnt resolve the problem.

I am just wondering about my Firefox browser 68.12.1 as seems like it's locking up more especially when I am deleting files and also saving files to a folder. I went on help and seems like all kinds of problems with those on 78.4 upgrade so just wondering what to do. Stewart

when I set my browser language settings to English (United States), the urls in the "One-Click Search Engines" settings change, too.

For example: When I change the language to german, the search engine for amazon gets "amazon.de". Changing it to english sets it to "amazon.com".

Basically, this means I cant use this feature properly (since I cant seem to add amazon.de, either) if I choose a language different from the country I live in.

Is there any solution? I tried to find English (German) language settings, like I set in my operating system, but there is none.

For several months I have been getting system crashes on a desktop PC running an up to date Win10, with the error being "ndu.sys or (occasionally) netio.sys. I've tried solutions suggested in other forums, with no success. It can happen randomly, like resting at night. BUT, very often, it happens right after I've clicked on some action in Firefox. My wife, with a similar machine, has the same issue. About the the only program we share is Firefox.

My laptop hard drive stopped working and I switched to using a pc. I recovered all my files and downloaded Firefox and tried Sync to transfer my bookmark from the laptop to the pc but I do not see my bookmarks for Firefox. How can I transfer my old bookmarks and history to the pc?

I am running FireFox 82.02 (64 bit) on a windows 10 computer. The " you must log in to this network" message leading to the https://detectportal.firefox.com/success.txt "success.txt response when picked. Iead the article which said to : (1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste captiv and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the network.captive-portal-service.enabled preference to switch the value from true to false

If you are in a managed environment using an autoconfig file, for example, you could use this to switch the default:

user_pref("network.captive-portal-service.enabled", false);

Did all of that and the current switch is FALSE, but I continue to have the error each time I open FireFox.Been using FF for years with ZERO problems and never want to switch. What am I (not) doing?

Every day I get a Firefox popup that says, "Firefox cannot download the latest version. Download the latest version and we will help you install it". Sometimes the popup appears immediately after I open my browesr, and sometimes it appears after I've been using the browser for several hours.

I've been doing the daily download and install, but I want to know what's causing this. I'm using a Late 2015 21.5" iMac running macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7. Firefox is Version 82.0b4, set as default browser with automatic updates turned on. I've been running Beta versions of Firefox for >2 years and have not had problems with updates before this. Thanks for any suggestions and solutions!

I just started having this problem a few days ago prior to the latest FF update. I'll be browsing around and on some websites, all the sudden when I click on a navigation link, I get this Access Denied error. I've tried disabling all add-ons, totally shutting down my VPN, double checked my firewall settings, cleaned out my cookies and internet cache and even updated FF to the current version.I know these few websites (so far) are active, so after doing more researching, I've come here to see if anybody else has any ideas. I would appreciate it
