Often when I am typing a private message on facebook and i have been typing for a while this "runtime error" happens and closes my program.

The message that comes up is titled: Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime library

and in the body of the message it says: Runtime Error! Program: c:\programfile (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I should do. I would be ever so obliged!

When I type FACEBOOK into my search window, a drop-down window pops up with almost 2 dozen options to select. How do I remove ALL of them from the drop-down window? When I click on my FAVORITES folder, FACEBOOK does not even appear, so I can't delete it.

A couple days ago my Firefox stopped opening. I click on the icon a million times and nothing happens. I can't think of any reason why it would suddenly do this. When I tried to delete it and redownload it, a box popped up saying I needed to close Firefox before proceeding. But it wasn't open so I had nothing to close, and consequently I couldn't download it again!

When I open firefox, I get an error code saying something along the lines of: "C:/Documents and Settings/User/Application Data/mozilla/firefox/profiles/rg7q7llq.default/prefs.js is corrupt and cannot be accesed. Run Chkdsk to fix this."

Well, I've ran Chkdsk twice and it didn't work. Please help. Firefox keeps acting like it's my first time using it and won't install any themes I add.

This happened right after I did a virus scan with Kaspersky Internet Security

Early Firefox versons allowed one to expand/elongate the drop-down menu when adding a bookmark. That capability is sorely missed - the drop-down window is way too short.

I recently was asked to change my password for my e-mail account. I had previously saved the password, but upon changing it, went to the tools tab, then to options, then to security, then to saved passwords and removed the saved password. Now, when I sign in with the new password, the website isn't asking me if I'd like the save my new password. Is there anyway I can have it saved again?

I created my own persona.. i got it on my mozilla firefox.. but i want to share the persona with other people so i want to know how do i upload my personas to the personas gallery please. because my persona is really cool and many would ware it =)..

While in my AKO e-mail, I can't open certain links because I get an error that says blockedhttps. This has been going on for at least a year. Help. Very frustrating. I've asked other AKO user and they experience the same thing.
