Hi folks -

I've just seen the update that firefox now allows "profiles" for different purposes (e.g. work, fun, etc.) which seems really handy. But I'm trying to wrap my head around how to approach restructuring my current setup. In particular, do these profiles *all* sync with my mozilla account? Or do I need a separate mozilla account for each profile? (if so, that sort of defeats some of the utlity here unless you're sharing the PC).

I can't tell from the support article, doesn't seem to address this, but you do need to login again if you set up a new profile.

The problem seems to have started after a browser update. Running up-to-date Windows 10. This issue does not occur when using Edge. Youtube videos are blank (spinning). Sometimes it results is a still frame, other times it spins forever. Many times, you can see a series of stills in the video as the time line is dragged from the beginning to the end of the video. A small number of videos will work, but I have not been able to predict which will work or why. A different Win 10 machine on the same network is fine. I have tried all of the solutions I could find searching on-line (clearing cache, cookies, reboot, restart, update browser software, etc, multiple times). Checked settings in windows, firefox and youtube looking for something. Any help would be appreciated. Have used Firefox for decades and I don't want to be forced to change browsers.

I noticed I cannot log on to amazon.ca or shaw.ca anymore on firefox, why?

I despise ai in every use and way with a passion. Now, it gets spammed everywhere on this browser, with no apparent way to disable and/or remove that filth. I don't want to see it, ever! Why is it even on by default??? I don't want "chatbots", "Ai assistants" or any of that shit at all.

how do I get the house tab onto my tool bar? my lap top has it so when I close a window it goes to main Mozilla window. on my desk top there is now house to press when I leave a window it closes the home window.

not sure how to bring Firefox bookmarks from my old laptop to my new one. Hate to lose them all ! i got a new lap top, have signed into Firefox, but don't see my bookmarks. Help.

I use Microsoft Office 10 Outlook (version 14) for my email. In the past , if I did "file, email link" from Firefox, it would open my MS Office Outlook... As of today , "mailto" now wants to use Gmail or Outlook (web version), and I can see no options to use MS Office Outlook.

When I signed up for Mozilla Privacy I didn't see there was a $99 charge; I thought it was just a new feature. I don't want it for $99. How can I cancel and get a refund?

Why did I have to change my profile. I am afraid that now I have lost the password and bookmark library I have spent years building. Why? If I have lost everything I am dumping Firefox forever. This sucks!
