Since I added Aurora on my tablet and my phone, and set up sync, apparently those bookmarks toolbar are in a different order than my ones on my desktop. Every time I start my desktop versions, the toolbars are in some random order (the most visited all the way to the right, list order changed). Now I generally put my items in order of use, and not in alphabetical. Is there anyway that I make it so that my sync with my mobile devices will not adjust the order of my bookmark sync?

If I close FF and PC , next time I have to clik ? maybe 20 times to open FF and sometimes I have to reboot again before it will ever open ?? frustrating Using Win 7

I just updated to Firefox 14.0 and each time I try to launch a site with Silverlight (such as Netflix), either the plugin or the application crashes. I have silverlight 5.1.10411.0. I've tried re-downloading silverlight, but it didn't help.

I'm using Firefox 14 & I noticed that I just downloaded a new Flash update. Since then, FF isn't displaying any videos or Flash on different websites.

Anyone have any suggestions how to fix this? SHould I uninstall Flash & reinstall?

I use Windows XP and until recently when I started Firefox it remembered my choice and the homepage was my (signed in) Google home page. There have been Firefox and Google updates (which may be irrelevant) but now I get a page which is suggesting I try this latest version and I have to click on the 'x' to close the suggestion and then sign in. I have tried Tools/Options/Privacy and made sure 'private browsing' is deselected. Gone to Tools/Options/General and where it says 'Home page' accepted 'Use current pages'. Help would be appreciated.

When I access web admin page of my home router I immediately get 401 Unauthorized Authorization required. Accessing from IE9 works fine. Also accessing from the same version (14 beta) on another PC works fine. When I check saved passwords, there is nothing related to this web page. Any idea how to solve this problem? Thanks

When running a video, like this one

and changing to another tab, the video halts/pauses. When I go back to the tab (=make it active again) the video continiues.

This is the case regardless if the video is fully buffered or not.

It did not use to behave like that. It does not behave like that with other browsers. Is it a feature or a bug? To me its a bug. How can I disable that behavior.

My website's SSL certificate is validated but Firefox shows an error. I tried Internet Explorer and Chrome and they work fine without any error.

Tried updating flash player, clearing cache and disabling hardware acceleration and still does not work. This was also happening before I updated to the new BETA version of Firefox. When I try using IE9 or Chrome everything works fine. Firefox was my primary browser, then one day for some reason it just stopped playing embedded videos and flash

Since the New Tab facility to add frequently visited sites that are viewable when a blank New Tab is opened, this has never worked for me. Yes I do have the show sites set and I do see a series of blank place holders.

My tabs in Firefox are below the orange button, but above my address bar, I'd like them to be right next to my orange button at the top. Is there a way to fix this? It was like this before.

I have a website; www.designed4submariners.com. On several pages, I have created links to images which are located in a upload file folder. Each time I click on one of those links on the active website (using Firefox as browser), a dialog box appears asking me: What should Firefox do with this file? Beneath the question is a pull down menu which has "TextEdit (defualt)" selected next to a radio button. The image file will open in a browser window when I select Firefox from that pull down menu. I can not tell Firefox to open all similar files using Firefox. How can I resolve this issue as I must go through the same process each time I attempt to open one of those links.

Hello, how to disable the long horizontal Mozilla yellow strip, popping up and reminding us constantly to "update a plugin", which we don't want to update.

Disabling the ones below:

1/ plugins.update.notify User;true

2/ plugin.scan.plid.all;true

3/ dom.ipc.plugins.enabled;false

either does not help or disables completely Flash! What else to do with this ultra annoying "Update plugins" reminder, as we want to keep the older version 10 of Flash? We just do not want Flash v. 11 - it takes huge amount of CPU, while Version 10 works fine for all 'you tube" and "etc"... videos. No need for V.11. (Let us worry about viruses and security) But here it comes the so annoying Mozilla reminder to upgrade to Flash Version 11 - the yellow strip also takes screen space under the address bar. Please help. Very annoying - almost ready to switch to other browsers if this issue is not resolve. Other than that, the Mozilla 14 is great. Congratulations to all designing it. Thanks in advance. I'm using Stylish addon for Firefox with a default dark css. I also have changed the default Window colors in Windows registry. This has changed the about:blank page's color to a dark one. But when I open a link on a new tab, before the page loads, Firefox is showing a blank page with white background. I wonder how can I change this white color to a different one.
