After a recent update, I tried to use the Task Manager to view my running extensions and see WHICH extension was using a lot of memory.
I noticed that I was persistently redirected to "about:processes" instead.
Upon doing some research, I found this...
https://techdows.com/2023/07/firefox-removes-about-performance-in-favor-about-processes.html
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1836191
I cannot believe this.
Why remove an incredibly useful tool, just because you feel like the other one is "better?"
about:processes is good, but gives NO option to view individual memory or CPU usage per each INDIVIDUAL extension.
Either bring the old Task Manager back, or combine both of their functionality into one page.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I will be reverting back to the previous version.
I cannot understand why devs feel the need to completely cut and kill perfectly useful and harmless tools. This is very frustrating.
