I recently "downgraded" from macOS Ventura back to macOS Monterey on my 2019 Macbook Pro. Is there a way to migrate all the Firefox bookmarks and login/password info that I had prior to the downgrade? I made a complete backup of the computer prior to the downgrade, but I can't find any folders with this info on the backup, just the Firefox application. I didn't make the .html or .csv files of the bookmarks or login info prior to the downgrade--didn't think it would require such steps to migrate the old info.

Firefox cannot access my bank account. Bank says hello to my name when I log in, but then keeps saying "loading" and can never show me what is in my bank accounts. Why?

I've been experiencing trouble logging into my browser for my website account recently. Despite entering the correct credentials, I'm unable to gain access. I've attempted to reset my password, clear cache, and even tried on a different device, but to no avail. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? I upgraded from 67(?) to 115.2.1esr 32 bit and all the tabs were lost after the restart, ok, i understaqnd that. But when i went into settings the "Open previous windows and tabs" is dimmed and cant be set on

really like this ability but cant set the faint option, Watch do I need to do? FF has been my only browser for 18 or so years - please help

I keep getting browser update screens by microsoft asking me if i would say yes to installing the latest download or update. I checked my settings and i'm set to get automatic updates but they are all in pending status because I say no to the microsoft question everytime because i didn't know if i could trust that warning that they throw up.

What do you advise?

How do I download 68.10 ESR? Later versions break my files. Don't know why and can not get newer files. All I get is newest version, not the one I need. I can get to the older version directory. But which file do I get?????????

When I updated my Firefox browser it eliminated all my favorites and can't log into either one of my email accounts although I can get on the internet and into any other URL! It also eliminated all the links in my toolbar?

I got a replacement computer for my old one which will not start up, i use a Firefox browser so how do i transfer my files, passwords, bookmarks and desktop icons from my old computer to my new one?

All of a sudden Firefox won't load. I get this message ...

"Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window."

There is no other window open and I still get this message. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and I still get this message when the program won't load.

I have had Firefox for three days now, and I was trying to watch some videos on Netflix, but I got this error that the DRM was not installed. I did not have any plugins installed or VPN on either. I was looking for steps to solve this but came to a dead end. I tried looking into the console, and it gave me errors with turning off/on the DRM. I would like to get some help with this.

I am trying to install VPN for the first time on my MacBook Pro, 13.5.2 (22G91). I get the message VPN is on - No Signal - Check connection. I found the advice on troubleshooting and added Mozilla VPN by my Firewall, but it did not change anything. Now I am trying to reset Mozilla VPN by clicking 6 consecutive times in the Get Help to reach Developer Options, as adviced in your Troubleshooting article, but to no avail. What can I do?
