With Adobe Flash Player ceasing on Dec. 31 - Mozilla is supposed to be one of the Browsers that supports another Flash Player. Wher ?, How ?, do i find the Flash Player to use in Mozilla  ?

There are a million support articles on this and other sites that show all the steps to importing your passwords from Chrome to Firefox, and they usually include a screenshot that is identical to the one I've included, except for they also have a box you can check to import passwords. I successfully imported my cookies, browsing history, and bookmarks, but there was no passwords box for me to check and I haven't been able to import my passwords. Why is it that option not showing up for me?

While cleaning up a family members computer they had several versions of .json files where they had exported their bookmarks out of Fire Fox. I saw a post that the only way to merge book marks is through importing .hml files. Is there a way to convert these .json files to .html so I can make a single merged bookmark list for them?

I use Firefox as default browser and cannot install Chrome. Downloaded Chrome and tried to install but I get 404 error message saying selected URL cannot be located on this server. I have cleared cache and cookies, didn't help.

Just updated to latest Version 89.0. Rebooting the PC all of Firefox's colors changed to terrible washed out colors. Reading other inquiries I tried running the extension "Firefox Colors" but it didn't help. How do I reset to original default colors? Sincerely, DDBob.

I am trying to import passwords & logins from a .csv file to FF version 82.0 I have enabled "import from a file" option and have a .csv file which I exported from FF version 81.0 I believe. I click on import from a file and browse to the file, click Open, and the dialog box disappears, BUT, the passwords don't appear in FF Lockwise, even after I restart FF. Makes me want to switch to Chrome when crap like this happens, or rather doesn't happen. Any help and advice gratefully received.

I've been using Firefox from 8 months but I never update it before. Now I want to download the latest version of firefox but, I don't know how to update the old version to new one. Do I need to delete the old version and again Install the latest version?

Please guide me about this.

I teach at James Madison University and must download zip and jpg files for instruction. Sometime within the last 48 hours, Firefox would not download any jpg or zip files. For years now, this has never been an issue. The tab indicates connecting, the grey shadow passes through the tab and then nothing. I have tried this at different academic sites and the same happens. There is no problem downloading zip or jpg files using Chrome. What happened and how to fix it?

Whenever I try to download something off my google drive, text pops up in the bottom left corner, but then nothing happens. It works just fine on microsoft edge, so I think its a firefox issue and not a google drive issue. I tried refreshing my browser, deleting my cookies, updating my browser, turning off enhanced tracking protection, and anything else I could think of. Please help.

Hi I would like to move mozilla to another hard drive. Reason: After startup my disk works at 100% and it takes some time to start up Firefox which I pretty much always want to do first.

I would really like to save everything as it is.

My old computer bricked itself. Hard drive, everything is toast. I have a new one but am wondering if there is a way to retrieve bookmarks, settings, etc. on a new Firefox install on the new computer, from my account perhaps? It seems to me that the last time I lost a computer and had to start over with Firefox on a new one everything reinstalled. I'm just about nonfunctional without all my stuff!

I am trying to install Video DownloadHelper on Firefox on a MacBook Pro 10.15.7 Catalina. Clicking on 'Download,' I get 'video_downloadhelper-4-9-22-fx-sm.xpi' And a message saying 'There is no application set up to open the document...' It says to search the App Store - but there is nothing. I have changed .xpi to .zip - but no luck. How do I install Video DownloadHelper on my MacBook Pro running Firefox?
